Gledhill Dental

I am fairly new to Tri-Cities, and this was my first visit to Gledhill Dental. I was extremely pleased with the appointment! They have great hours, the clinic is clean and inviting, the staff are friendly, and Brittany was amazing! Like most people, I am a bit apprehensive when it is time to go to the dentist. Brittany was thorough and NO pain! I am thankful to have found Gledhill!!

The staff is very dedicated to their trade and efficient. They make you feel very comfortable and pain free. My family and I have been extremely satisfied with Gledhill Dental for years. Great place to go for all your dental needs.

Gledhill Dental (Dr Gledhill and his whole team) never disappoint. I'm always amazing at the professionalism and care that they take when you're a patient there. Check in is always a breeze. The Hygienists/Dental Assistants are always helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The Drs (both Gledhill and Peterson) are both always there to answer questions and make you feel heard. They don't try to recommend unnecessary procedures or but pressure to do things you're uncomfortable with. I appreciate this office making our family's dental experience a pleasant one.

If anyone in Tri-Cities is looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gledhill at Gledhill Dental. I called so many dentists on Saturday because I was experiencing a dental emergency. Dr Gledhill was able to get an assistant to come in first thing on a Sunday morning, over the holiday weekend and help get me out of the worst pain I’ve ever felt. (I am a tough bird, but I don’t do dental pain.) On top of that, they were gracious and kind, explained my next steps. And Dr. Gledhill texted me this evening to follow up and make sure I’m doing okay. I’m personally switching all of my dental care to them. They’ve made a friend/patient for life!

When we moved to Tri-Cities in 2018 our former Dentist, Dr. Young in Yakima, referred us to Dr. Petersen at Gledhill Dental. We are thankful that our experience has always been excellent, professional and friendly. We would surely recommend Gledhill Dental and staff to anyone wanting the very best in dental care.

We have been patients for three years now. We always love going to our dentist. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. They always answer our questions. We always get reminders of our appointments thru text or postcards.

Lance and his team have always provided excellent customer service and oral health. If you want a healthy mouth, CALL LANCE!!! I love how everyone has a positive attitude and is very knowledgeable. Love my hygienist Sarah. My whole family comes here, and I recommend them to my colleagues. I used to struggle with cavities, and his maintenance plan and educated approach to my to teeth/gums has kept me cavity free for 8 years.

Love gledhill dental! The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. Been a patient here since 2013. I've received care from both Gledhill and Peterson as well as a number of hygienists and assistants. The front office stage are always pleasant and welcoming too. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing dental care.

Amazing staff, Annie is amazing, with make all the schedules come together and all my last minute changes. Staff is alway warm and welcoming. Dr Peterson and Gledhill are great. I went 7 years scared to death to see dentist, now I’m scheduled every 6 months.

I have been a patient for about two years now. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and competent. I once walked in to schedule an appointment due to some discomfort I was feeling with a crown, and they got me right into a chair on the spot. The staff was genuinely concerned that I was feeling discomfort and didn't want to make me wait for an appointment. Sheena is the hygienist I normally see and she is quite possibly the friendliest person alive. Dr. Gledhill has always been honest and upfront about concerns he has and treatment options. While they offer cosmetic services, I have never once felt pressured to receive a service that I didn't want, as I have unfortunately experienced at other clinics in the past. If I did need/want cosmetic services I would trust them to provide honest service at an honest price. I highly recommend this clinic.

Have had a great experience at Gledhill so far! I have been working with Dr.Gledhill and Kaitlyn and they have been wonderful, great at explaining what's going on, preventative care, and just making the experience easy. I have had some issues with insurance so I have paid a lot more out of pocket than expected, but the service has been A+!

Super happy with Gledhill Dental. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure your questions and concerns are answered and taken care of. I had a crown I was nervous about, as I had nerve pain with a previous one. They were very helpful and helped make it a good experience, even down to Dr. Gledhill calling personally at the end of the day to check on me. Super impressed.

Every one there is welcoming and nice. Kat was awesome and did her best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She even ran out to the parking lot to give me my gauze lol. Dr. Peterson was efficient and did the extraction much faster than I anticipated. Thank y'all for helping me!

I've gotten quite a bit of work done here, both by Dr. Peterson and Dr. Gledhill. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here from the office staff to the Drs. I had HORRIBLE teeth that I was so embarrassed about and thought I'd end up needing dentures. After today and getting two crowns done my smile is 1000 times better. Even if I move out of the area I plan on keeping them as my primary dentist office. I seriously can't say enough to express how awesome they are and how grateful I am for everything. Thank y'all sooooo much 😁.

The staff at Gledhill Dental are so caring. They are a very professional team. My hygienist Bobbi is the most amazing hygienist I have ever encountered. She explains everything that she's doing and why. Dr Gledhill then comes in , concurs with her on what she has found, and then explains everything once again. Extremely gentle and even offers a paraffin hand dip with mittens to boot! A wonderful experience to say the least! I recommend anyone to go to them from small children to the elderly!! Awesome job everyone and thank you for being such a special team!

I required an emergency dental appointment. I chipped an upper front tooth at night. The next morning, I called the Gledhill Dental office right after they opened, and they were able to schedule me for an appointment in less than 2 hours from my phone call. Wow! Dr. Gledhill was the dentist who saw me upon my arrival. Dr. Gledhill is an excellent, highly competent dentist, employing the latest technologies in dental care. Dr. Gledhill painlessly repaired my chipped front tooth, and restored my beautiful smile (no more chipped tooth smile). When I look at my front tooth in the mirror, I cannot even tell that anything was ever wrong with the tooth. It looks identical to the other upper front tooth right beside it. Not only is Dr. Gledhill a fantastic dentist, but he is also a true artist in the way he goes about his work! Like it always is for every visit, just another fantastic experience with all the staff at Gledhill Dental office! Thank you so much.

Gledhill Dental is a great dental office. All of the staff are so friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Sheena is an excellent hygienist. She is very gentle and takes the time to explain everything, and uses the latest technologies in the cleaning and polishing of my teeth. I had my first ever crown installed recently. Dr. Peterson knew that I was very worried and a little bit scared, since this was the first “major” dental work that I have ever had performed. Dr. Peterson was very patient, and took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Peterson is very compassionate and very competent, with an excellent “bedside manner”. The office is state of the art, with the latest techniques and procedures. After Dr. Peterson prepared the tooth for the crown, took all the necessary images, measurements, and adjustments, he then was actually able to “make” the custom crown to fit my tooth right there in the office while I waited. So, that when I left the office after Dr. Peterson installed the crown on my tooth, I left with the permanent crown installed! Wow, just excellent. I can highly recommend the Gledhill Dental office to anyone who is looking for excellent dental care!!!

I love this dentist office. You feel like they are family you get to see twice a year. They all know and remember you. I love Annette, a hygienist. Just wonderful pleasant person to be very close your face and working in your mouth. Dr. Gledhill is also very kind and pleasant to interact with.

I've been a customer since 2014. It is my opinion that Dr. Peterson cares very much about his clients and is very professional. My recent interaction with Kaitlyn Prisacariu, RDH was a great experience. She really took the time to make sure my teeth were cleaned thoroughly and made the visit very pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this office for all standard dental care.

Gledhil dental is a great dental experience. Their trustworthy and friendly staff make going to the dentist easy and enjoyable. I would gladly be seen my any one of their outstanding Dental Hygienists and make it a point to recommend their services to my friends that are new to the area. This is a great place to bring your family, as the staff is very knowledgeable and patient when teaching young kids about the importance of brushing your teeth.
