I came to this bank years ago and have been nothing but pleased with them through all interactions that I can remember. I went in recently for them to help me with one problem and they ended up solving the issue I walked in with and others that I didn't know they could affect. Not that I really encourage people to complain but they heard me grumbling and then went that extra mile for me.

Shutting my card off at the end of the month when I was trying to pay RENT. wouldn’t turn card back on and are shipping a new card out with no choice! Now I have to drive 30 minutes away to get a new damn card so we don’t get evicted! WILD!!!!!!!!

Went by to make a deposit and was greeted by an extremely rude construction worker. I tried to inquire about when the inside of the building would be finished but was utterly dismissed. Perhaps he wasn't informed as to that sort of information. But we all have busy schedules and I need to be able to plan around my finances to some degree. I had a few questions about financial planning as well. That is the sort of thing that I do not wish to discuss in a drive through. A very poor showing by this company.
