Everyone at this office is extremely nice and helpful. I was promptly taken back for my cleaning after I arrived. Felt like I was in and out in no time. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I went in today just to make an appointment. The staff greeted me and were friendly and helpful. They got my information and set me up with an appointment easily and in a compassionate, friendly manner. You could tell they liked their jobs and being there.

Just after moving to Lincolnton a few years ago, my dentist of 36 years retired. I had to find a new dentist in my community. I admit, I was a little nervous because I had only gone to one dentist. Dr. Herriott and his staff are a true treasure in Lincolnton! We have had routine cleanings, mouth guards, orthodontic recommendations, and even some emergency visits and they are always there for us! I always look forward to teeth cleanings with Michelle. Her knowledge and professionalism is top notch and she and Dr. Herriott work well together. My son has never had any fears in getting dental work done. He is so comfortable with both Dr. Herriott and Michelle doing what needs to be done to his teeth. The entire staff works hard to ensure that their patients have the best dental experience. If you live in this area and are looking for a new dental office, Dr. Herriott and his staff will leave you smiling!

For me to say a dentist is wonderful is a true testament to his abilities. Dr. Herriot is an amazing doctor. His staff is so warm and welcoming. I can definitely say I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore.

Dr. Herriot and his staff went above and beyond to make the experience a lot less stressful. I have always hated anything dentist related. Everything was so relaxing and he was very aware of the fact I didn’t like dentist’s. He is hands down the best dentist I have been to and would definitely suggest his office to anyone.

Dr Herriott and his staff are such a good team. They seem to work really good together and take pride in the job they do. They actually care about their patients. You know you’ve found a good dentist when you’ll travel an hr and 45 minutes one way to be seen. I couldn’t thank them enough for making the rough experiences I’ve had with dentist before much better.

Dr Harriet and his staff are all five star and above very efficient, caring, kind, acknowledgeable, and just all around friendly. Their office is very good with children and adults. They have recently been taken care of my 28-year-old son with some major dental work. They have been very good with him and have worked very hard to make sure that things have went smoothly they are all very appreciated I would recommend this office to anyone that appreciates good service.

Dr Herriot is very professional. He's very friendly and kind, and extremely patient. Plus he does excellent work!

What a marvelous and professional practice. From the moment I walked into the office, I knew I had found my forever dentist! The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The ladies at the desk are so friendly and always greet you with a smile. The hygienists are all great but Olivia is my favorite... I’ve never had anyone do such a great job. Dr Herriott is just wonderful. He is always friendly and very professional. He takes every concern seriously and never makes you feel bad if your teeth are less than perfect. I bring my kids here and they are great with them as well. We’ve been coming for 2 years and won’t go anywhere else now!

This place is the best Dentist I've been to in my life, he is very nice and caring. He is gentle and very adamant about making sure your not feeling any pain or discomfort while he's doing the work. All is staff is kind and nice as can be, they also do their best to make sure each visit is a smooth and as comfortable as it can be. I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone even people who have bad experiences in the past. They help you overcome all your fears best they can.

Well the staff is awesome and so friendly Hot Looking Dentist too whoa!!!!! Sure Is Ladies and he is so friendly sweet and polite. He really seems like he cares about you as a patient and he told me that he gives us advise like we are his family what he would do with his own people. I really appreciated the concern and truth he was telling me. He knew I was upset and reassured me I would be fine. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 12 years so I was pretty worried when I had my first appointment here. But for all my worrying my experience here was actually very good. They were able to see me quickly, the appointment went faster than I expected, the prices are reasonable, and the whole place had this very relaxing ambiance. My teeth feel very clean now.

And I have to say the staff was absolutely phenominal. I was basically being a giant baby about the whole thing and they really put me at ease. Everyone at the office was a friendly, easygoing, and professional. Dr. Herriott, especially, has this cloud of charisma. When he talks to you it feels like you're chatting with an old friend, not a (potentially terrifying) dentist. He's a great guy and it's clear he runs a fantastic clinic. I won't be waiting another 12 years to come back.

Dr. Herriott is awesome. I recently had a very unpleasant experience at a practice in Hickory. So, to go from that experience to seeing Dr. Herriott was like going from one extreme to another. Dr. Herriott is very understanding and shows empathy. I really appreciated him taking his time to listen and to explain things I needed understanding on. He's so great! Thank you, Dr. Herriott!!
