I rarely leave any reviews but I just got a bacon cheese burger deluxe this evening around 7'30 pm and it was perfect. Crunchy bacon and fresh tomato. It was delicious.

Staff was very nice yesterday during lunch l. I had a medical appointment and was not feeling well, the staff was friendly and had my order out quickly. There was a lot of noise outside and part of my order was not heard over the speaker, they added it on at the window and were very nice about it.

The food is good but the service need a lot of work and I mean a lot of work they are Read they will push you out. They will spit in your food. They think they're better than you. They need better and Employees and better management.

Normally they are always pretty fast! Food is good. Went there last night at almost the last minute and they was still very friendly & fast service.

My order was missing a few items but was corrected on the spot! For the first time in a long time the food was EXCELLENT! THE BEST BURGER I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME! SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF!💜

Only reason I say food three stars is because I ordered door dash I ordered at 9:00pm and my food got to me at 9:10pm I just felt that it was too fast. I would have rather waited longer to know my food was fresh than 10 minutes it was just entirely too fast

Hello let me start off with the NIGHT SHIFT TEAM IS AMAZING.. I get there drive thru has about 5 cars okay so I go in. First welcome to wendy's with a smile while they are busy screaming orders, all I seen was teammates helping and grabbing bag while the other one call out front line. I was greeted with kindness, Not once did they tell me to hold on they came right to me. I'M very pleased with my service and how my food was Hot and my burger was nice n neat with out my mayo all over my wrap. It was worth the drive from winston salem to Reidsville to get what would have been worst if I would have went to the one on REYNOLDA....THANK YOU REIDSVILLE I"LL BE BACK SOON..

I come here often, and they ALWAYS treat me well. Both the service, and the food, are excellent!

Update: Still, a great choice for Fast food! Even with a long, Drive-thru, line, they still manage to get you in, and out, fast!

Clean restaurant, good food, and good service.

The staff was great. My 8 year old went to the counter with my 6 yr old to get aome sauce they were so nice to them
My dtr and i went to the bathroom and one of your staff above and beyond to clean.

The staff was patient and wonderful , I have a picky eater so my order for him can sound complicated. Cashier was new and did very well with another staff member to monitor and she was very patient as well. Manager came up to help and was very nice and helpful as well. All around experience, the staff at this Wendy's wanted us to walk away satisfied and happy. They succeeded. Thank you! We will be back!!!

Absolutely love this place. Gave me waaayy more food than I ordered it was great

Walked in unaware of dining room being closed, drive thru only, but since I was driving a tractor trailer they took my order and were very nice. Food was delicious.
I appreciate the Wendy's crew.

The seasoned potatoes are yummy! I also tried a half chocolate and vanilla Frosty-Cino and it wasn't too bad; and I'm not a fan of iced coffee and other drinks of that sort.

Love wendys just make sure if you do take out that the lid is on the chilie good mine wasnt and leaked thought the bag and on car seat. But other wise an excellent place to eat.

I absolutely love there Toco salad N there burgers. They have good prices too. Unlike McDonald's, You go N ask for a grilled chicken sandwhich and you're chicken might be the size of the palm of your hand N my hand is small Well maybe smaller for almost $5 just for the sandwhich.( It was not a combo) Oh N it has a lil biddy peice dark lettuce N 2 lil round tomatoes the size of a quarter dollar maybe . Its ridiculous...... That was my first time eating there in so so many years Ssooo I thought I would try because my grand baby wanted to go there so I didn't mind at all. I did expect more chicken.............
