I was lucky enough to have Galina and Mika do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They were worth every penny and helped to make my bridesmaid feel beautiful. After my wedding, Galina is the only person I trust with my hair. She always recommends what’s best rather then what’s most expensive. She does a great job of making you feel welcome and remembered rather then just another person in her chair. Highly recommend La Bella Glo and it’s services!

La Bella is the place to go if you want your hair be done professionally. Customer service is on top of it, and the atmosphere of the salon is so perfect!!

I never write reviews but decided that this one has to be shared:) I saw a new stylist was added to the team and decided to book Genesis. Right from the beginning she was the sweetest person and kept on making sure I was happy with my hair. I felt at peace in the salon and she attentively listened to what I wanted. Overall super happy with her! 10/10 recommend!

Lina does amazing lashes and facials. My lashes do not shed more than the normally expected. Always keeps on schedule, never having to wait. Facials are very relaxing an makes your skin glow. Very knowledgeable in her profession.

Love this place and it’s aesthetic. Very clean and beautiful. Melita is my favorite hairdresser here, check her out. She also specializes in hair extensions.

I’m so very disappointed ! I’ve been trying to contact them for days, even left a message on the answering machine and nobody took ever the time to contact me back 😑 I’ve placed a 90 $ order on the 6th of January on their website, never received any tracking number, no news whatsoever regarding a supposed shipment and still « waiting » for it to be delivered ! What a shameful way to treat a customer !!!
March 22th : little update since I’ve just received my order so I’m gonna add 2 stars. I just regret not having had any contact from them despite all my calls + mail. Anyway, finally ! And… thanks (I guess)

If you want to lose your money and to deal with greedy and rude people, feel free to visit this greedy salon for hair or makeup. You guys are NOT Christians and one day you will be judged. If you cancel their services, they’ll still take your money (even if it was supposed to be about $2000, you’ll still pay it) very greedily and state that it is because it is part of their “contract”. Absolutely greedy.

I booked a balayage with Gala and let me tell you.. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency of my mother in the hospital and having to drive to Spokane that day and she literally said “that’s not a good enough excuse” charged me for a “no show” fee that was outrageous, was extremely rude on the phone and blocked me on instagram when I tried fighting the fee. She continued to threaten me with paying this “no show” fee. I ended up paying it cause clearly she really needed the money it seems. 🫡

UPDATE: I can drop the receipts if you want. This wasn’t this month it was a year ago, but i never had time to make a review because of personal reasons as stated. I can post them though, if you want since you don’t recall.
