I have been to several Rent A Centers and this store tops them all! Such a clean and welcoming business. I was welcomed the instant I walked in. The manager, Travis, was so helpful and made me feel comfortable with each process. Keep up the awesome business.

Great customer service

I have very poor credit history as was able to easily rent a $2,000 laptop I needed for work. The days I get paid very and they have always worked with me on payment. Even when I got 3 weeks behind once and had to turn the laptop in until I could catch up the payments they froze my account and held it for me, and even fixed it for me while my account was on hold as it had stopped working.

Mr.Travis manager of Riedsville Nc Rent a Center is the best ever manager. He knows how to understand and greet people and his employees demonstrate hospitality and great peoples skills. He is a great asset to the Reidsville and surrounding areas also his employees.

Highly recommend this store! Friendly, super helpful staff that are willing to work with you. Travis was particularly wonderful and kind. Will be going back!

Even though the prices are high, this is what you can expect from such a place. Staff are friendly and helpful, and it's nice actually finding a way to obtain items with out dropping a ton of money all at once.

Everytime I need something whether it's appliances or furniture. I know I'll get what I want in a professional and timely manner. Love the staff there!
