Lester was Amazing.. He was very knowledgeable about the products... And he went Above and Beyond to make sure I was Satisfied... You need more people like him.

So i went here with a coworker to help understand the plan that he had signed up for. Not everyone is tech saavy and understands the different terminology, so i accompanied him. The clerk was the only 1 working so he had to juggle registers. BUT he was super friendly and efficient. He handled us all with poise and friendliness. I felt like we were "friends" with the way he handled my coworkers account. He answered all of our questions, didn't rush us, and got my coworker on the correct path with his data plan needs. I highly recommend this store in mini city. So don't be deterred if you see a line of people. If the guy is working there then it's worth the wait because he will take care of your needs with patience.

Literally the best hands down Metro PCS in the RDU area.... The area manager LaKesha, literally the best human in cellular, if you go anywhere else other than this Metro then consider yourself metfowed. Because all other are fake. 100%

This place is the best. I went in on Christmas Eve to purchase a phone for my son and nephew and they took really good care of me. They were so patient and so kind. I was going through a lot with smartpay customer service during our process of getting the phones and the two ladies there one African American and the other Hispanic please forgive me for not remembering their names but they were awesome. I know they worked on Christmas Eve around 3 or so. I left a very happy satisfied customer. Thanks again.

I'ma throw a HUGE Shout-out to Destiny. She def was professional and outstanding. Walked in and was able to get my brothers phone replaced and upgraded with no issues! Yohana also helped out a customer like magic! They'll get any issues your having fixed with little hastle and excellent conversation! Big ups!

Went in today to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of working with Ty, his customer service goes above and beyond all expectations and you can tell by the tone of his voice that there is a smile under his mask. Best Metro store around hands down.
