I have always had a great experience at this Lowe's. I was surprised to see Christmas decorations October 1 but they have a great selection of trees and lights. Come get your pumpkins and Halloween decorations and pick up a tree and get your lights for Christmas in one stop! Also they have 12 zombie now. Still never found my 12 foot skeleton!

Being the top screen porch company in the Raleigh area (Pro-Built Construction) and "the one of the most demanding customers" at Lowe's. I need my wood to be the absolute best quality, the hardware and tools to be there and the service to be quick and painless! They do a great job at this location!

Went in to buy water filters for our refrigerator. Went to appliance area and ask for help. Manager took me to filters, and pulled the one I needed. Bought two, paid him.

Service in this area was outstanding.

I was in Lowe's store tonight to pay a bill for my parents. I only had a check from them with an account number that wasn't coming up. Sidney the employee that assisted me was patient and helpful. He tried multiple ways to find a solution. I was able to get their bill paid.

I was having trouble finding a light bulb for my over the range exhaust hood. I discovered that it was discontinued and any replacement bulb that I found wouldn’t work. Your employee,Jim Ramge, who works in the refrigerator/washing machine area went above and beyond to help me find the discontinued bulb on the web! He even had it sent to my home. I am so grateful to him for helping me. He surely went above and beyond! I want to make sure that he gets the recognition that he deserves! Jim, Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Very nice staff, always find what i'm looking for and conveniently located. This is my go to for anything related to Home Improvement, Tools, Hardware and Outdoor Materials, Great Assortments of Plants and Landscaping as well.

Great Lowe’s location with a ton of inventory and a few wild squirrels chasing each other around the garden center!

This Lowe’s had the biggest light collection I have seen at one in a while which was nice once you walk in.

They also have Halloween items out now which was a fun side trip to look at through the store

Went to buy something to fill my pots.. did not have the clearance like the Zebulon store, but found a few nice things..

I recently shopped at Lowe's for lawn and garden tools and was very impressed with the selection they had available. The store had a wide variety of tools to choose from, including everything from basic hand tools to more advanced power equipment. The sales staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions I had about the different products. Overall, I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at Lowe's Raleigh and would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of lawn and garden tools.

Purchased 11 12 ft panels to cover patio. Staff was helpful in store. However didn't offer assistance in loading. A nice man on the way into store stopped and helped.

My 5 star rating is not for Lowe’s specifically because I had a terrible experience with delivery of a damaged appliance and multiple phone calls to customer service that went nowhere for a month. Five stars is for the customer service I received in the North Raleigh location from Tony, the assistant store manager on duty who was responsive and helped to immediately solve my issue. Very grateful for his excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you!

Very helpful associate at the paint desk, helped us decide which kind of paint to go with.

We just took delivery of a fridge and we could not do the survey because it was over a week old. That being said we could not let go how absolutely fantastic the delivery was by Isiah and Kwan. It was hands down the best customer service experience we have had in the last 10 years. I am hoping that someone at Lowes would see this and recognize them for outstanding service. Polite, respectful and generally concerned of our experience. Because of this we are going back to purchase our next appliances

This Lowe's is always neat and organized. This visit the young lady who offered to assist us, stayed right with us until we found what we needed. Such a nice surprise. Many times they are too busy to even get someone to help.

Great location !! Newly renovated appliance department with a huge selection on display. Store regularly seems short staffed, but everyone is friendly and helpful.

After having a different Lowe's location (South Cary) give me the wrong paint type after me providing a sample, this location not only refunded me in seconds but Dylan at the paint desk was awesome and gave me the exact paint I needed and was a very cheerful/helpful/positive person to work with. There needs to be more Dylans at paint departments across Lowe's locations, so please clone him as soon as you get the technology.

Jason in the appliance department was beyond helpful. I ordered a fridge that was the wrong size and he helped get everything straightened out. I told him I was going to have to bring my toddlers with me to the store to finalize everything. He had everything pulled up on the computer and ready when I got there so my toddlers didn't have to sit around and wait. Top notch service.

My sister and I went to buy some paint for refinishing some of our furniture and Joseph went out of his way to ask what kind of finish we wanted and politely tell us we didn’t quite get the right paint for our project. He spend a good half hour getting us the perfect products for the job and advice on sealing and even making sure we got the right brushes. I go to this Lowe’s all the time and always have a great experience but Joseph really went above and beyond and we appreciated it so much. You’re awesome man!
