The front office gals were friendly and welcoming, the assistant was very kind and helped to make the visit easy going and comfortable, and most importantly — the denturist Josh was able to help with creating a great plan for us and ensured that we were fully informed of the process and answered all of our questions. I needed partial dentures for both top and bottom. CBDC made them fit perfectly and they are very comfortable to wear. I can now eat all the foods I love, which excludes sticky, chewing stuff and that's just as well.

I had my dentures made by Josh 15+ years ago! I have never had to use any of the disgusting glue to keep them in! Now, 15+ years later I have hunted him down again because I need a new set! I have been a patient for over a year. I have never had to wait to be seen and repairs are done quickly. My insurance is changing on the first of January. Josh was aware of the change and the office called me so I could get in to get the work I wanted done completed before my insurance would no longer cover it. Saving me thousands. They are always happy and smiling. And appointments never run late. Thank you to the entire staff. I will forever recommend you.

I highly recommend this place. The office staff is always pleasant and Josh has a great sense of humor but truly listens to what you need. I've had 3 sets done by them. Temporaries and 2 perms and the reason for 2 perms is I ruined my 1st set. He went up and above on my new perms and they're amazing. Again this is a tough time to go through and having someone to not rush you through and help you make the right decision on a lifelong investment, these guys are great.. also wanted to mention that COVID really took a toll on these guys. They had to send my plates out of state which was unexpected (Josh tries to do everything in house) and it took a bit but he made sure I had something. Remember that this is an important investment a little patience goes a long way and Remember if something bothers you, hurts, is irritating go in! That's where these guys excel is making sure you're comfortable and have a great smile. Esp when they're nice and white (:

Josh and his staff are the best. They go out of their way to treat you as a person, not just another nameless patient. You can expect professional and clear explanations and instructions, and it's clear that your comfort is their primary concern. I'm happy my dentist referred me here. I can't think of going anywhere else for my denture needs.

I take my daughter to Josh every year to have a mouth guard fitted for sports. He's always just as concerned about her teeth as I am. We never have to wait long in the office, he's always pleasant and her mouth guard is usually finished in less than a week. Great service and I would recommend him to anyone.

My initial appointment only took a week or two. Now that I'm in his system, It's usually only 1-3 days between calling for appointment and seeing Josh. He is a super nice guy and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the fit and feel of your dentures. Thank you Josh!

Big thanks to my Denturist Josh Brooks and his staff at Columbia Basin Dentures! It's been a couple of weeks since I recieved my new Dentures and I have to admit it's out of total complacency that I've taken so long to report on my experience. Which for normal folks would be not merely appreciated but expected. I'm nothing close my lower jaw line has recessed to the point of imperceptible. Very hard to make comfortable Dentures for. With everything thats going on in the world today the last thing I needed was to wake up and find my German Shepherd had found my uppers and chewed them to pieces. My regular dentist office is closed, so I got on yelp and found Columbia Basin Denture Care. Running on a skeleton crew the dentist was manning the phones. He was extremely nice and made me a appt for first thing in the morning. I dropped them off and picked them up 5 hours later. I was afraid they wouldn't fit right and I'd have to start wearing glue. Not the case. Infant I think they even fit better. I will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you Josh for taking such good care of my needs.

I found everyone here very easy to communicate with, very friendly & flexible. Josh, Jessica, Jeanette & Myra have been amazing, non judgmental & flexible. I am 47 & had a few crowns break beyond repair & my smile was horrendous. This office will not judge you & will accept your flawed smile regardless. I have my beginner pair & I need a few adjustments. Guess what? The office is open daily from 2:00 - 2:45 for walk in adjustments. As long as I live near Tri-Cities, I will remain loyal to this amazing crew! Thank you for giving me back my smile!

They are friendly as well as very professional. The dentures themselves are made to your specific descriptions. The work done is beautiful. No more being embarrassed when you smile, laugh or eat in public.
No goopy gooey mess that tastes horrible and seeps out at times when you are needing the confidence that you need while eating out in public.
