I have been a patient now for 6 years. This clinic is awesome. They remind me of my appointments, they are timely servicing me during the appointment and Dr. Barrett and his team are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I never have waited more than 5 minutes from arrival to the dentist chair. The facility is clean, bright and modern. Checkout is a breeze. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I chose Dr. Barrett for my husband because he was in our dental network. At the time he had a 2.8 Google review so I was a bit nervous about the level of care my husband was going to receive. We just left there office and I can say that this office was GREAT. We were greeted immediately. We did not wait long to be seen. The customer service we received was AMAZING. When ever I call, someone answers the phone. I also took note that some of their patients they knew by name as they walked in the door. I appreciate the time they took to talk to me about my husbands conditions, and to give a referral to someone they believed would be a better option for my husbands specialty need. When I called the referral dentist, they were expecting my call because Dr. Barrett's office had already called. I do plan on returning to see this dental practice for our family needs. This was a 5 star treatment at its very best.

As the previous reviews mention, this was also my first time visiting the office and I had an amazing experience. I was greeted by the receptionist and given the paperwork immediately to fill out, asked and answered any questions I had. Did not wait long and was taken back with more greetings and smiles (even through the mask) lol.

Again as was previously mention, Dr Barrett seemed rushed but I can imagine if you have a lot of patients that you don’t have time to talk, but again, he was very helpful, open, honest and answered all my questions. When I was taken back to the front because I also had a cleaning scheduled, I spoke with the financial manager and she was also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.

All the way up to the cleaning, which was also wonderful, till I walked out the door I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this office for your dentistry needs.

Thank you Dr. Barrett and your wonderful staff for an awesome time at the dentist. I’m sure you don’t hear that often. Lol

I had an excellent experience on my first dental visit in many years. All the employees, from front desk to nurse to dentist, were extremely professional and answered every question I had thoroughly. They actually explained the procedures and were thorough. Based upon this experience, I would highly recommend this office. My only "complaint" is that the dentist himself did seem as if he was in a hurry, but considering he did take the time to answer all my questions, I can't fault him for that. Ultimately, this was a great visit from start to finish and I look forward to returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barrett's for over 2 years now. I absolutely love all of his office staff. 2 years ago I was extremely embarrassed of my smile. Dr. Barrett changed that. His office staff made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed at all. His dental staff take the time to show me how to properly care for my teeth and prevent any other issues. I now have a smile that I am proud of and continue to visit Dr. Barrett for unexpected problems and cleanings. I recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I came to Dr Barrett years ago with a horrible infection in a tooth that had spread into my face. He was very comforting to me, as I was very scared and in a lot of pain. He took excellent care of me, and I have been a patient ever since, and now, so is my Husband. I recommend him anytime someone is looking for a dentist!! His whole staff is awesome, very friendly and professional.

I’ve been to plenty of dentist and finally found one that actually Alvarez about you I went in nervous and terrified of the dentist because of past experiences and after my first visit they made me feel so comfortable and calm I’ve been theee times and today I had a appointment where I had 4 fillings and crown and there not a single ounce of pain during it after the process I highly recommend them

Very friendly, helpful and professional. I moved to the Reidsville area from PA and googled several different Dentists that work with my insurance company and Dr Barrett was the top rated Dentist and I can understand why. Right from the receptionist to the hygenist and then the doctor himself.....everyone was awesome !!!! I appreciate the reviews as this certainly guided me to the right Dentist and awesome staff !!!!
