Brown Phillips Insurance

Updating original review from last year. My homeowners premiums increased so I called to request a rate comparison. This was a last minute request and although they were short-staffed, Yvonne was very speedy and saved us almost $500. She is VERY GOOD at her job. So another year of excellent service from Brown Phillips!

We've used Brown Phillips for years. Not only have they saved us lots of money by shopping multiple carriers but whenever I call for help they are polite, friendly, patient, efficient, and COMPETENT. Top notch! That's why when I get ads in the mail to switch to another agent, I'm not ever inclined to switch (or even compare rates). I highly recommend this agency.

I'm happy to post a positive review for Brown Phillips Insurance. There have been several occasions where I have needed insurance questions answered quickly and they have been highly responsive. They answer their phones and get you taken care of in the nicest manner. Yvonne is so nice, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It truly is a pleasure to do business with them.

I love Brown Phillips! They are always helpful. They always pick up the phone and resolve any of my concerns quickly. I began using them after I was in a car accident. My insurance premium went up so I decided to call Brown Phillips. They got my car insurance payment lower than it had ever been! I love this company! I use them for home and auto.

After refinancing my home, all was good and then I found out my homeowners insurance was not paid for the year prior and my policy had been cancelled! I quickly called the company I had insurance with and asked if I could reinstate only to be told since it was cancelled they could not reinstate the policy, I called my auto insurance company to see if they could find me homeowners and get a discount by having auto and homeowners with one company, no luck but they did give me a name to call and check with. it was Brown-Phillips and I was greeted by Casey who was so friendly, she quickly asked me some questions and within hours I had 2 options, they were able to get better than what I had and cheaper, FAST! I have been with Progressive for a few years. I like the way Progressive handles claims promptly and professionally. In December I received my policy renewal notice for 2017 that included a monthly increase of $60.00. There are 4 drivers on my policy and there have been no recent changes in our driving records or claims so why the increase? Like most families our expenses keep steadily increasing and our income doesn't so I decided to shop around.
