The technology that they use to show you how your smile will be after the treatment is awesome! The orthodontists are knowledgeable and the staff is so friendly! The treatment coordinator is also so helpful in explaining your treatment and making sure you understand! They all truly seem like they love their jobs and share a passion for it! I have nothing negative to say about how we were treated and how everything was lined out for us! They truly want to work with you and make you want to work with them!

Great experience with Dr. Archer and his staff. Julie gave my nervous 8 year old great care and patience at our consultation. Dr. Archer was so gentle and gave his honest opinion about us waiting several years for braces. No complaints.

Because of a bad experience in the past, I refused to go to a dentist. When I met Suzanne….she changed my aspect. I’ve never in my life felt so comfortable in a dental office chair. Jenny is the holy grail, cherry on top. When I made the appointment for a cleaning, I expected a quick, poor bedside manner. I never want to go anywhere else. It’s been 8 years since I created a treatment plan again. I am confident that my smile will be perfect after they are done 🙃

We ended up starting on this journey earlier than I hoped but the Drs and staff have been great through everything. I feel like they are making decisions for my child and not for their own business (which is how we ended up in their care)! Highly recommend!!

We love Orthodontic Associates. We never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The technicians are always nice and friendly. They explain everything they are going to do before they start. They are gentle and seem to really care about each patient. We especially like Dr Amy. He has now treated myself and my two sons and he's done a wonderful job with all of us!

In all my years I have NEVER experienced a friendlier group of people in a medical setting. And I don’t say that lightly. I like people and I’ll talk to just about anyone. :) Not only are they shockingly knowledgeable, but they really care, and that makes an impact. I can’t say enough great things about our experiences! That’s plural b/c four in our family have been through there, and one left to go. Professional, timely, fairly priced…and so friendly. When you spend the money you spend on orthodontic care, it’s nice to know you’re so taken care of. 5 stars for sure 💕
