I appreciate the person that waited on me. He mentioned that if I could wait a day the paint would be 40% off. I waited for sure.

Always a good experience. Everyone is friendly. Although my potentially purple I got didn't match my walls, but my walls were painted 5 years ago, so maybe that's why?!

My favorite paint store. The service is exceptional and every time I am there I am greeted with friendly faces. They make sure all of our questions are answered and are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have been to other stores and this is by far the best. Josh is an amazing manager and you can tell his employees respect him and he seems to know the contractors that go in there on a first name basis.

Robbie helped me out with some paint today and made it so easy.

We have used this store for years. We love Sherwin Williams products and almost universally use their products. They are FAR superior to any paint product out there, sans a few Benjamin Moore paints and stains we use by General Finish. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. There is a reason this place is always buzzing with professional painters.

The store was very clean first and foremost. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were super affordable. Compared to Home Depot, I really liked this company for paint matching and the quality!

I was needing to match trim to woodflooring. They told me to leave it they would call me when it was done customer permitting it would take 2 hours.they called me back with several options. Suggested 1 they thought best to pickup all the colors.got it home. Very happy with results and the professional way they treated me.

Please note, this review comes during the pandemic. SW has special provisions in place, curbside service only. Cool! I use SW paint throughout my place, some 10 years old. Needed to match for a patch job. Called, gave lot #, paid over phone and they took care of it. Drove up 30 minutes later, team came out with product, gone in minutes.
Appreciate your diligence in these times, but let’s not overlook the great customer service! I consistently get this all the time! Thanks!

Great customer service!

I was very pleased with my experience at this store. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and eager to help. The manager made sure everyone was taken care of even though they were busy, and the Assistant manager even carried my paint out to my car!

Lots of help and great CS which is hard to find these days! Thanks we will be back.

They have good paint. The staff is helpful. You can usually find what you need. The paint is more expensive than the big box stores, but you get what you pay for.

Quality of product, service, and employee-friendliness are all outstanding. It's nice to do business with companies that reflect competence in their work!
