Friendly and helpful staff! And the best part is they have a Caroline's Cart!! I took my disabled 17yr son there to grab some faucet covers for the arctic temperatures. It was waaaay easier than I thought it would be because I spotted a Caroline's Cart as soon as I walked in! It's so difficult to push a wheelchair and a cat at the same time. I love it when companies are inclusive of people with disabilities and their families!!

I really like this particular Lowes. It has everything from home & garden to appliances, wood, paint, blinds and more. I bought my riding lawnmower at this store and it had been used a few times and thus a reduced price. I however found a couple minor scratches and so I bargained with them to bet more taken off the price. I literally saved hundreds of dollars!

The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and never over crowded.

Needed to rewire our pet fence, checked online, ordered the wire, said it would be ready in 3 hours, got notification in less than 1 hour that the order was ready to be picked up. Great service!!!

The Lowe’s on Kelly has outstanding employees. I was in the store looking for help, but it didn’t take more than 1min for a Lowe’s employee to notice. He was able to help me and went above and beyond for me. Instead of pulling several sheets of plywood out onto a cart, he grabbed the pallet and drove it out to my truck. Then he got two more employees to help load it. Just want to say thank you to Michael, Hector, and Shawn. Great examples of Lowe’s dedication.

Friendly helpful staff, always someone around to help you. Wide selection of merchandise in all departments. Love the garden section, nice quality and variety of indoor and outdoor plants with competitive prices. There is a store close to our house so it’s always convenient to run down for last minute weekend projects.

Gotta love you some Lowe's! The best customer service. And, don't tell anyone I said this, but...they have free bottles of water man! Also, the massive amount of home upgrades wouldn't be possible without cha.

I wandered around Lowe's, looking for specific sand paper (hook and looped back). I didn't ask for help and eventually found what I needed. A gentlemen that worked in that area asked me two different times if I needed help. I had found what I needed on my own but knowing there was someone who could help me if I needed was reassuring. I stayed in the area for more than 10 minutes and that's why he asked the second time if I needed assistance. I appreciate Lowe's having enough staff that consumers can go to when they need assistance.

I used to work for my local Lowe's in Apple valley, CA... And as a Veteran I can tell you they appreciate vets! From the owner, to the store managers, to the other employees and customers!! A GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND SHOP!! In my opinion, a much nicer box store that the "Orange" place. 😁
