Every time I’ve dealt with the employees of the pharmacy specifically, they’ve been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. My medication has gone through a rollercoaster of manufacturing delays and problems, and each time, the staff have tried to guide me towards a solution. Today I spoke with an individual by the name of Lindsey and they were very helpful.

I would love to give a major thanks to Jayden and yes you too Ayden for the patience you showed me in creating our family Christmas cards. I couldn’t have made them without you. See you next Christmas!! Premium customer service!! Merry Christmas you two!

I needed a RX transferred from another store. I spoke with Donna and she was very accommodating. I explained that the Santa Fe location’s drive thru was under maintenance and the line inside was from one end of the store to the other and with my son being autistic I could not wait in line that long. She was so very kind and offered to grab anything from the store I might need and have it ready for me at the drive thru in 25 minutes! Stellar employee and service! I will use this location from now on.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for a year. They are always professional, friendly and helpful; never a problem with my refills. This week I used their photo services and experienced the same great service. The store is clean and well organized with a convenient grocery department.

Typically nice, friendly, fill prescriptions quickly. Or as quickly as possible, they're often quite busy. I have absolutely no complaints about them, although it would be nice if they opened before 8:00 AM.

I've used this Walgreens for 7 years and had great service every time I've been in. My family has gotten immunizations, filled prescriptions and shopped for personal care items and never had a problem, so I'm surprised by all the negative reviews.

By now, everyone should have learned to be patient. Yes the drive thru is long, but not much more than before Covid.

There is often quite a line at the pharmacy and checkout, but they keep it moving pretty quickly.

My favorite Walgreens in Edmond and have the
best pharmacist on staff always very knowledgeable and helpful.

I love this Walgreens -- everyone is so friendly and I always get promptly waited on. I am always greeting to when I walk in.
