All Creatures Veterinary Clinic

I am not a person who leaves reviews but I had such an amazing experience with this clinic today and I just have to share how grateful I am to the amazing staff!
I called them early this morning desperate to get my Rex rabbit, Ginger, into a vet since she was showing signs of GI Stasis. Another vet had quoted me an extremely high amount just to get my baby through the door. All Creatures had a booked schedule but let me bring her in so they could look over her when time allowed. They got her checked out quickly and provided amazing care and customer service! They worked with me when it came to money and I don’t think I’ve ever been more grateful for a business. Staff is so kind, and walked me through everything when it came to care and payments. I truly believe my bun wouldn’t be with me if it wasn’t for All Creatures veterinarian! I must shout out Hammond, Katie and the supportive staff for taking the time out of their busy schedule to see my sweet baby. Angel was so amazing with talking me through supportive care and eased my mind of any and all decisions I made when it came to Gingers treatment plan. Athenia was understanding and non judgmental when it came to setting up my payment plan. Ginger is eating and pooping again! I can not recommend All Creatures enough! I am excited to continue bringing Ginger here!!

They are very empathetic, from the nurse to the doctor. Our 1-year-old bunny was spayed, and everyone was AMAZING! After the surgery, Dr. Chan called every day until our beloved bunny was finally back to jumping and eating as if nothing had ever happened. Very, very satisfied!

The care is always personalized, thorough, and professional. The doctors and staff take time to speak with you in detail and to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Dr Andy Chiang and his staff took exceptionally good care of our Gracie when we needed to make an emergency visit with her when we were in town. He explained things very thoroughly, and followed up the next day to see how Gracie was doing. I would highly recommend this veterinarian and his staff

Everyone at All Creatures if wonderful. They take the time to make sure that my pets are comfortable and thoroughly explain everything to me. We have been taking our pets here for years and will not go anywhere else.

Easily the best Veterinarian in Charleston. They definitely go above and beyond. They helped us through the most difficult season of our dog Kaiya's, life. Their exceptional care gifted us with an extra several wonderful months. Then, when it was finally Kaiya's time, they were there for us. There to listen, to guide, to hug, and to cry with. Man, we are beyond thankful for this team.

The doctors and staff saved our little puppy last week. They were so concerned about him and this helped me to cope with a terrible situation. He is recovering and back to being a happy puppy. Thank you so much for the encouraging texts and photos. These folks have helped me with two pets over the years and I can’t say enough great things about them. Our regular vet is in Charlotte and now we feel that we get that same care and attention here.

This place is BEYOND amazing!! my baby mini heifer started having a seizure early tues morning so I googled the nearest large animal clinic and found them and am so glad I did. They literally saved Mooey's life. I got constant phone calls, text, and photo updates as well as learning that all of the staff stayed extra hours to lay with her when she was getting her plasma transfusion. She was never alone at any time. I am so so grateful to Dr. Berger and all his excellent staff for their above and beyond level of care.

I love Dr. Cutler and his staff. They were absolutely wonderful to me and my dog. I wish I had known of them sooner. They took my dog as an emergency when my regular vet could not fit him in. I would not take an animal anywhere else.

When my 15 yr old lovebirds demeanor changed drastically overnight I knew something was terribly wrong with him. In less than 24 hours of contacting All Creatures, Dr Berger examined Gizmo, started a protocol of medications, sent off lab work and began treatment. His protocols were spot on when the lab results returned. His diagnosis and quick action were a lifesaver for my rescue! I truly thought my beloved Gizmo was going to die! Dr.Berger and his team were compassionate and responsive. They answered my questions and explained everything to me. Today less than two weeks later Gizmo is doing great! Thank you!

Dr Berger is my hero and his staff are always so kind and understanding. They always listen and show they care. No matter what. They will always do what they can for you and your loved ones.

This is my first time owning a dog by myself, All Creatures I feel goes above and beyond to take care of his needs and the constant questions I have regarding him. The 3 doctors I have dealt and all other staff have been friendly, communicative, and explained things well to me. I do think they really care, and aren't trying to charge for any services my dog doesn't need. Also from what I hear my friends are paying at other vets it sounds like they give me a good price, although price is not my main concern when it comes to my dog.

I’ve always had a positive experience at All Creatures, but after Dr. Berger and his team went above and beyond to resolve a distressing situation with my dog’s medication, I’ve come to believe All Creatures is truly one-of-a-kind. Here’s why:

-The staff are extremely caring and compassionate. My dog has separation anxiety, so the vet technicians agreed to come outside for his first appointment (I was unable to come in with him, due to COVID protocols at the time). They basically examined him on the curb so I could be there with him, and that he would be comfortable and not panic during his first visit.

-When my dog had to come in for a second round of bloodwork, Dr. Berger called me to explain the initial results in more detail, and why a second test was necessary. All Creatures also remained in frequent contact with me as I awaited the next batch of results.

-When I tried to renew my dog’s medication using a popular online retailer with a pharmacy service, they completely dropped the ball and then tried to blame All Creatures by misrepresenting their communication with the clinic. This was an extremely stressful situation because I was unclear on what was going on, and my dog was out of his medication. Dr. Berger responded immediately and even dropped off a refill at my home personally (after hours, that same day), to hold my dog over until we could come back in for another appointment to get everything sorted. Jennifer (the hospital manager) also spoke with me at length and came up with some helpful suggestions for managing my dog’s prescription in the future.

My dog is almost 4 years old, and has seen numerous vets in multiple cities. I have yet to encounter anyone so invested in the animals they serve as All Creatures, or who who work tirelessly to provide the best care possible. I'm grateful to have found such a phenomenal clinic in Charleston!

Our poor dog got bit by a pit bull on move in day for my daughter to go to college of Charleston. This vet was amazing and saw her right away! Stitched her up like new. Amazing veterinarian!! Thank you for treating Bailey and calming us down!

Dr. Berger is the most knowledgeable and resourceful vet I have ever been to. He is honest and realistic in terms of long term care and has gone above and beyond what I could ask for from any other clinic. The communication and dedication in regards to improving my animals quality of life is unmatched.

Wonderful people! I am so happy I brought my cockatiel in, and he was able to be treated. Dr. Berger is a great vet, and I will be making any future appointments with him for my pets.

Been going here regularly since 2019 and we just took our new puppy here. I do love this vet and it's worth the drive from Moncks Corner.

My dogs have been going to see Dr. Berger for ten years. His team is phenomenal! Dr. Berger and Dr. Cutler take the time to explain things in great detail, always answer my questions, and treat my dogs with care. I have always found Dr. Berger to be fair, upfront, conservative, and willing to come in on off hours if needed. He even kept me up to date on my sick dog's status while I was overseas so I would not worry! The entire staff works hard to promote a warm, welcome atmosphere and put their furry patients at ease. I also appreciate the continuity of staff over the years, it is always nice to see a familiar face when bringing in a sick pet. The entire staff at All Creatures Vet is like an extended family to me as they always work hard for my sweet fur babies-and that means SO much to me.

My daughters guinea pig had a bulging eye. I called All Creatures at around 4:30pm and they were closing at 6:00pm. They were so kind to let my daughter bring Cherub in and they found a piece of hay lodged in the eye. Thank you so much for taking care of Cherub, and we will definitely call on you all again. Not many vets in the area take care of guinea pigs, so we were lucky that we found All Creatures!!!
