We needed a prescription filled while on vacation. Ryan went above and beyond with phone calls and investigating some issues to help it get transferred to Charleston before they closed. Very grateful for his help and the excellent service!

This is the worst looking Walgreens I have ever seen. Also, they don’t even have a bathroom.

Steer Clear
The single employee, who was handling a very odd customer in line(who had a cart with over fifty items in it), was really trying but was overwhelmed. Because of the aforementioned customer it took us over a half hour to pay for one item. Over a half hour in line. We checked into the pharmacy to see if there was another employee to help at the front cashier station, but couldn’t find anyone.
And THEN, after waiting thirty minutes in line, a MANAGER suddenly appeared to open a second register. That occurred after two customers walked out, and the line at the register was six people deep. Honestly, where was she while the young man working by himself was drowning?
Not acceptable.

Night manager is very unpleasant

Walked in and got necessary pain relief for an eye. Took to register and their register was down. No way to pay. What a joke. Worst drug store experience. I asked for manager. They say their on vacation

I'm sad to report this, but the management of this Walgreens has let the store go. I'm sad to report it because I'm a neighbor and have been going to this place since it opened as an Eckerds, turned into a Rite Aid and then now a Walgreens. Under Rite Aid, it was among the most profitable in the region, according to a manager at the time. Now, many of its shelves are bare and the selection is limited to say the least. The last straw was this evening. I ran into a get a box of Cheerios. Underneath the box was a buy one-get-one-free tag. Great. I'll get two. The cashier rings up two ($12), and asks the manager to check. Minutes pass, and she (KiKi) says she didn't see the tag for Cheerios. I go back, and the tag had been removed. Now, I didn't take a picture or anything so it's my word against hers. And it's just a box of cereal. But it's the principle of the thing. You don't lie to customers. Even worse when those customers are regulars and neighbors.

Placed an order yesterday for same day pickup photo prints. After about 4 hours I called to see when they would be ready so I can plan my day. The lady on the phone was rude and said she could not tell me when they would be ready and they’d be ready either later that day or tomorrow. I asked aren’t these same day pickup like the website says. Well she said she doesn’t know what the website says and that I’ll get an email when they are ready.

Frustrating but oh well I can live with it. It’s the holidays everyone is busy. Until today when I get a call that they have to cancel the order and aren’t able to process. I’d try a different Walgreens if you have things to print or just want decent customer service.

Staff were rude and not attentive. The cashier didn't even face me. They leaned back against the counter the entire time with their side towards me. They couldn't even be bothered to hand me the receipt either, just held their arm barely raised from their side like it was a major inconvenience that I was even there bothering them. I won't be back to this one again.

Store automated message, google, and front sign indicate closed at 9pm. Doors were locked at 7pm and no one answering the phone or any indication of why it’s not open

Thus place has declined so badly in the last 6 months.. they always have bathroom closed signs .. even though nothing is wrong with it... rude employees .. the only reason I stop here now is because it's easy parking

Didn’t know a Walgreens could be this bad. Shelves are a mess and aren’t well stocked. Employees are rude.
