SHOUT OUT to the optical department! All of the ladies that were there were amazing, but I must say the doctor is terrific! I came in asking for a same day appointment, they were booked and the optical assistant was trying to squeeze me in for the next day, I didn’t accept because I don’t live in the area and I said it was not going to work for me and that’s when she asked what happened and that’s when I explained that I didn’t know if my contact lens fell off or was just stuck and she was so sweet trying to give me tips and that’s when the doctor came to the rescue and goes: let’s take a Quick Look! I couldn’t believe it because I didn’t have an appointment or anything she examined my eyes and fortunately I didn’t have it at all but I would’ve not been able to tell if it wasn’t for her! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I regret not asking for any of their names but seriously! What a pleasant and very outstanding bedside manner/customer service! AMAZING!

The front desk team is very thorough when it comes towards customer care. Deja, Jenn and Brittany Jordan were phenomenal. I had a complex issue involving my shop card. They took the time to fix the issue. I have never had this kind of customer service before. Thank you!!!

What can I say!?! This place is big, clean and filled with friendly folks who provide everything from fuel to propane to tires and everything you could ever need at super prices! Super Staff and always helpful and friendly A++

Everyone is so nice at the Brandon Costco. The people who serve the tasty stuff I like. It give me a chance to try it before I buy and then don't like.

These people have it going on. Large, well stocked aisles. Great prices, fresh produce, many selections of both food and products. The store is clean. Checkout moves quickly with plenty of employee help.

The best warehouse store where you get everything from medicine to auto parts and groceries to best vines in the market.
If you're a member, then additional savings on fuels and free air for tires round the year!

Costco always has what I am looking for. I have found so many new products that have become a staple in my home from their free samples. The only complaint I have is that their soda fountain at the food court always tastes funny. It's like their is too much carbonated water vs. the syrup.

One of my favorite places to shop, and I always enjoy the experience, just hate the long lines and the harassment about Costco card, as if one would be in line and not have a card. If you are in line and have a card , it might be that you are holding the space for someone else. Having a card with or without your pic doesn't mean you are doing wrong, and they only randomly select people to check, or be biased with the checks. I am not renewing my membership

I just signed up for a membership today and I am so glad I did! It was super crowded but it's costco so that's kind of to be expected at this time of year, .But all the employees there were super friendly. Danny in the wine department helped me immensely.

Drew working the pumps is the such a great spirit. Keeping the stations clean and orderly. In a crazy hectic rush Drew stays cool, respectful and the epitome of class.

My family and I have been Costco members since as long as I can remember. Recently, my husband got into a wreck just by the gas pumps by someone hitting him while turning out. The employees were kind enough to let him have his car out of the way but still by the pumps. Even trying to help him fix his tire. The kindness of this Costco has gone above and beyond than what I’m used to and I’m glad to call this one of my favorite places to go grocery shopping.

Love going to the Charleston SC Costco. We save a lot of $$ shopping there for bulk items. In this current economy, you have to save to survive!

I use the pharmacy there and do a little shopping but I don't see any advantages of going there other than customer service and you can get things in bulk and of course you can get some items there that you can't get anywhere else you're not really getting a discount if you do the math. You can't beat the meat selection they have but you have to sacrifice your next born child to be able to afford it. The only advantage that I see to this place is the pharmacy. They move fast most of the time they have my medicine in stock

Favorite warehouse shopping prices are excellent. They have a good selection of organic foods including coffee.

It gets crowded but they are very organized and get you through the checkout quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This location—like others now—has self-serve registers staffed with helpful employees to facilitate and quicken your check-out experience. I rarely have to wait very long. The gasoline pumps can be very busy! Choose your line carefully; seems like a wait anytime you go.

Everyone loves Costco! Try to go early morning or the evening it's a very busy location.

I am a WW lifetime member and I get some great choices for me and stuff for the family here as well including my fur kids. The rotisserie chickens are always so good, bananas are competitive in cost, meats are nice and also cost friendly...so many options.
