Let me tell you how wonderful all of the staff here at the store on 71st. I’ve been doing business with them every since I moved to the South Tulsa area. Not only did they get me everything I needed all my TVs my TV stands and one with a fireplace for my bedroom. And my top of the line Washer and Dryer. My barn look bedroom suite with my top of the line mattress. Everything I have is great. They even moved it to my 3rd floor apartment and know a year later to my new apartment. There is nothing they can’t do for you and work with you on monthly or even weekly. They can work with you no matter what your finances are I guarantee they can work miracles for you…

If I tell you Michael and his staff are the best. Got my bedroom set really quick. The delivery guys were very nice and set up quickly. I love love my set it was bigger than I thought. I would highly recommend this store

Cory is amazing!! We needed to rent furniture for Grands BMX Nationals next week and we’re previously told by a different employee they were not doing that this year. Well, Cory let me know they were and was very apologetic and gracious. He definitely took care of us and we are getting everything we need. It’s amazing to get great customer service!! Thank you. I highly recommend talking to Cory for your rental needs.

Before I came to Aaron's I went to Ashley's furniture they couldn't make up their mind or what kind of deal they were going to give me I got so frustrated I just got off my chair and walked off but soon as I came to Aaron's I was able to have something to sleep on and that really did made me so happy when I come to Aaron's daycare whole lot more than Ashley's furniture store

In the past I have leased/purchased a few living room sets from Aaron's. Always satisfied with the quality of my furniture choices. The last set( Couch, Loveseat and Huge ottoman) I paid off 6 years ago. I still have it and it's still in great condition. Now, I'm thinking about adding a chair or two. Great Customer Service and Affordable Prices.

i purchased a gaming desktop which came fresh and new from boxes. the monitor has a visual glitch where the sides bleed image any time i have sound enabled while gaming. i reached out to aarons and was promised a callback. three weeks later i called to cancel my contract and request manager escalation. they never picked up the computer setup and i never received a callback as promised. take the lesson, they're unresponsive

edit. i made contact again and got a scheduled pick up. never once did i get the escalation as promised. it was meant to come from upper management and scheduled through the call center who took my initial application. i see the replies requesting additional information. agreement E1692221 and escalation request reference #0758838

final edit. i made contact with the local store and was initially told no refunds are ever available by policy. when i told them that's bordering on fraudulent they then offered store credit for two weeks. i paid a month and attempted to return it inside of days of renewing the lease. i then contacted corporate by phone and got an email escalation which resulted in a phone call being provided, which resulted in a full refund. i'm happy with the result but fully aware of the steps required by myself to get there. it so happens the call and escalation by email matches the response from owner below. step completed before seeing this reply.

Aaron's on E 71st ST in Tulsa, Oklahoma helped me in a major way, my wife had last week told me to take a look at J&J appliances over Aaron's "Worst decision ever" bought a Samsung washer & dryer set from them yesterday brought it home plugged it up and the washer started shaking like a volcano and smoking today once the tech came to test it out then the power board on the dryer went out today 🤦🏾‍♂🤦🏾‍♂🤦🏾‍♂, there tech came and apologized for the horrible set I got, looks can fool you listen learned. But Matt & Cory greeted me with great customer service and my process was extremely smooth I was done in 25mins. I would truly recommend them to friends and family.

This was our first time using Aaron’s. Cory in the store was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help get everything we needed. Shaggy & Stewart delivered and set up everything super fast and friendly! Cant say enough great things! Thank you guys!

My husband and I bought furniture for our new home and we are very please. The management was very helpful and kind. We had never shopped Aaron's before and weren't sure of what to expect. They had exactly what we wanted. We will definitely shop this store again.

We ordered a washer/dryer combo, a couch, and a tv, and they were delivered by two gentlemen who helped out greatly, i was told to call them by their nicknames, cowboy and shagy. They helped out a ton and worked with me and my mom to figure out where stuff should be placed. And they brought it all in and were very professional while also being very accommodating. Im thankful for having these great delvery men, five stars from me.

This is the BEST BY FAR place if you want to rent or by furniture or appliances!!! I bought a top load GE washer & dryer they delivered hooked them up & Their customer service is top notch Go see for yourself

I bought a TV from them,& I have not had any problems at all, they r very polite, helpful & professional attitude w/the customer's they interact on a daily basis.

This is a great store with great staff and Products. I feel some of the other reviews are from people who didn't pay their bill or didn't get their way. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Service was great and they even fixed the washer when it went on the fritz!!

Nicole and the store manager are the 2 that helped me most but everyone was very pleasant. They were all very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend to others.
