I don’t love to shop, mostly because I’m typically in a hurry. Today I was in need of a few things for an international trip that I’m leaving on in 4 days and didn’t have a lot of time between other commitments. I want to give a huge shout out to Gabriel Thompson, the associate who saw me scanning the high walls for out of season outer wear. He offered his services quickly and helped me find a few jackets to try on. Then he helped me find the perfect pair of walking shoes by being attentive and asking good questions making smart suggestions based on my answers. This experience is a far cry from my previous experience at other national sportswear stores where it’s hard to even find someone to help. I counted at least 8, probably more that I didn’t see, associates ready to help on a Wednesday morning before noon. I admit that my customer experience expectations are high since I own some businesses myself. I know the labor pool is slim right now-yet my expectations were EXCEEDED in todays experience. Thank you Metro Shoe Warehouse and Gabriel for showing me and others how great customer service should look!

First time shopping here and I was impressed with the great selection and friendly staff

Lots of cute shoes out, like the layout of the store. Was great that there was enough staff they were helpful but didn't follow around or bug you. Clothing was definitely for active wear and outdoors/hiking.

Derek Proctor and the crew here are amazing!

1. They went way out of their way to help us find the right size Southern Tide shorts, polos, Birks, Chacos, Olukai, etc.
*They genuinely care ~rare~ in retail today*
2. They found my favorite Oakley sunglasses that I thought I left in the dressing room over a week ago and on a long shot I asked if they had seen any—Derek hands them to me 🤩
3. Dominique saved the day by finding my mother-in-law’s purse 😳—THANK YOU!!!

I LOVE coming to this store. Everyone is so nice, accommodating with the best customer service in Tulsa. This is rare, and they will always have a customer with me! Jim, always goes out of his way to help. Thank you to your crew!

This store needs to branch out to other markets. Great selection of name brand shoes all in one place.

This 5 star review is strictly because of Brooklyn! She was so helpful in so many different ways. And her knowledge was so appreciated. The store manager Steven was very intimidating. Made me not want to ask for help, maybe he had a bad day?

Rylie offers the best customer service experience. She took her time helping me. She offers me shoes that would work for my needs… what an amazing listener. She was kind and sweet to my children as well. She is very authentic and even though I came in at the end of her shift she was hospitable and exemplified true customer service. She is definitely going far in the world. Her parents raised her right. Her character shined brightly. I’ve shopped here many times, Rylie made today the best shopping experience I’ve had at this location.

Great shoe store. Nice variety of styles and brands. This is NOT shoe carnival or some other discount store with questionable/potential counterfeit items. Sales people are helpful and friendly, they have maybe the best selection of Yeti cups, coolers and other stuff in the Tulsa area too. We like this store a lot.

Ericka is amazing and friendliest customer service! She looked for my size and shoe kinds I want to wear so quickly while I was struggle to find my size and shoe kinds. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been coming to Metro Shoe Warehouse in Tulsa since 2019. We have such a positive experience on every visit. They have some of the friendliest, knowledgeable, and most professional associates of any shoe store in the city. Hands down no comparison! Today, we were helped by Jordan who approached my wife and I as we were looking for a shoe in their multiple shoe rack. He greeted us with such a beautiful smile, warm attitude, and treated us as though we'd known him for years. This ladies and gentlemen, is customer service at it's best - Haggle free!
We were there for 20 minutes, but were made customers for 20 years!

I first went to this store for Vuori clothing. I found Smart Wool clothing, too. They have a good selection but sell out fast. The brands they sell I would compare to Sun and Ski. Both stores sell similar brands. Large selection of athletic shoes and jackets. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Jordan Tupas…Remember that name so you can ask for him. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Metro Shoe Warehouse consistently provides really good customer service. But, Jordan’s vast knowledge of Metro’s products combined with his ability to understand what his customer is looking for, creates a potent elixir ensuring customer retention.

Great help on finding shoes and items I wanted here. They have so much more than shoes. Really good clothing selection for the season and outdoor hammocks like the Eno! Definitely recommend if you want quality apparel for outdoor use or just regular wear

Huge selection of men and women's shoes and clothing, but the customer service sets this place apart from all of the other shoe stores. Olivia helped us pick out shoes and even found a pair that my incredibly picky husband was happy enough with to purchase. Definitely find her when you visit this store. She knows her stuff!

Sarah Patriquin was our sales associate and she was amazing. She knew the products well and her customer service skills could not be any better. She's the best.

I came here looking for some Choco’s, they had a great variety. Their staff was very friendly And were able to help us with everything we needed. Last shoe store we went to that had chacos but they weren’t as helpful as these people here they explained that there is a Choco for wide feet. My sister has always struggled to find these kinds of shoes because she’s got wide feet. We had an awesome service with this lady named Casberry, thx so much for you help!
