AT&T Store

We had a great experience at this store. Sierra was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. She answered all of our questions and never rushed us. Brandon, the manager, also came over and he too was very helpful. I will drive an hour from my home to go to this AT&T store in the future.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with my visit at this location. A manager by the name of Saul opened the door for my wife and myself as we arrived and helped us out immediately with the help of his Sales Rep Gisselle. My situation was particularly complex and I attempted to resolve it numerous times with customer care and other locations but they couldn’t get it resolved. Saul and Gisselle were both understanding and knowledgeable and were able to find a solution to my issue. These two are great assets to AT&T and the store they work out of. This will officially be my home store and I will continue to be a loyal AT&T customer !! Highly recommend asking for either one at this location if you are looking for a quality and friendly experience.

George is the man! 😁 I spent 5 days & 4 ATT stores trying to purchase & update 2 phones. I spent several hours on the "help" line after Kadin at the BA store threw my unactivated phone in the bag with a sticky note. 🤨 BUT GEORGE fixed my 2nd phone is seconds!! So go see George! 👀 😁

We got there at a good time, as a rep was available right away. The person was fairly new, but answered all our questions and used their coworker for help with questions they were unsure of. The process of buying 2 new cell phones, trading in our old phones, getting new cases and screen protectors, getting the "buy two get one free" on accessories, and transferring everything over to the new phones was painless and seamless. They made sure we got the trade in value taken off our new phones, even told us things we were eligible for, like wifi, hot spot, and a teacher discount that I did not know about! They signed us up for the teacher discount while in the process, which was very convenient. The small talk from the coworker made it go faster too. It was a good experience.

We visited a number of att stores, and, to say the least, I was extremely underwhelmed by their service and willingness to work with us. I looked up this location and saw it had great remarks on service and customer support. We went there and saw an immediate difference. They wanted to help us and were happy that we came in, I didn't feel like I was intruding on their time. We bought 2 phones and signed a new contract. I was seriously considering going to a different carrier. Signed Happy long time customer.
