This place has everything you can imagine. As being compared to other stations on James Island. The ready-to-made food is pretty great and better than any other station, I’ve been to.

I always stop in for my morning ice coffee. Very clean and nice staff. I’m always greeted at the door.

Clean, organize, and inventory actually on the shelves.

I’ve tried using the car wash twice since it opened (keep it mind it’s brand new). Each time it’s taken my money, but the wash doesn’t end up actually working. They end up shutting it down and the attendant has kindly given me a refund.

I called today to see if it was up and running yet, and the clerk/manager’s response was “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, you’ll just have to come and see. If it doesn’t work I’ll get you a refund.”

I’m willing to purchase a membership with this Refuel, but with this many issues at a brand new facility and this type of customer service I’ll be going elsewhere. Can’t say I didn’t try!

Just very bad service today the woman behind the counter was on her phone and I said the men's room needed attention and another rude employee said what do you mean really I've been here since you opened and I love it it's been friendly and nice until today just wanted to let someone know I live close by I love it but put the phone down and listen to customers

Food is stale. Donuts, sandwiches. dairy containers empty. Coffee machines all have notification on screens that they need cleaned.
