A gentleman by the name of Eddie was extremely helpful. Kind, considerate, amazing. I wish more employees at JCPenney were this kind and courteous thank you for all your help Eddie

I really enjoy shopping at JCPenney's. I mainly do all my shopping online. There is so many good deals. There Clearance is amazing. I do recommend this be a place for you to check out for your online shopping.

Tyvm to the young lady who helped me ..I worked as cashier for years and told I think was manager how outstanding she was ..but my first purchase was jeans for my husband and that young lady was very kind and helpful..tyvm

I waited too long for the access code. AMERICA an amazing young lady helped me and was very professional and informative. Her smile is so contagious and she was so eager to help and made sure I was happy. America is one of a kind employee for sure. Now days, it's hard to find good customer service skills.

Had alot of very nice clothes .. Great quality and some were even on sale for more decent prices.

Was picking up an online order. I walked into store right when they opened at 11 a.m. the checkout guy advises me I needed to go downstairs. There was an elevator right behind me so I took that per his advice . I found counter entering in the bottom of the store is where I picked up my order. There's a few people in line. It didn't take too long and I got my order and walked out and saved$80 getting it online 70% off getting $120 coat for $39 ! Overall satisfied with my experience and I would order online again and pick up to save that much money!

The ONLY reason for the five stars is because of Sarah...I know I have already wrote a review but I don't want you to underestimate the value of this situation. Even though JCPenney will put me through more stress with lack of staff and concern, I will be back because of HER. She showed a kind of compassion you just don't see anymore...she touched my heart..she might be young but she could teach humanity a thing or too I promise you that. I would be so proud to have an employee like that and am sure everyone in her life is made better by her presence. She's a light and deserves to be recognized...I mean really recognized.

I want to thank Jane for helping my daughter not only find her size of shoe but was very pleasant during the process. Later on she saw us walking around the store in a different section and offered help without asking.
I want to also mention Tamara who showed me the in's and outs of taking advantage of the coupons online as well as my rewards account. 🙂

Clean store, always has a good sale going on. If you download their app, you get access to their coupons which can save you quite a bit. Nice employees.

We have no JCPenney at home. Both my husband and I found great clothing items for ourselves. The cashiers were very friendly. A great experience,overall.

They do have good collection of clothes.

Good place but the items it's very expensive

Came in clutch with size availability on suit I needed for a wedding. Everything being on sale helped not hit the wallet so hard. Other family members took my advice and got squared away as well.

Best shopping experience in a while. Bought a few things from their discount markdown section. One top wouldn't ring up and another was missing it's tag. But he kept his cool, tried to find another one to get the price. But got a manager quickly and solves the issue very fast. Really sweet young guy wearing a Penny's Mask. I missed the name tag. But very friendly, very helpful ans overall gave very good customer service. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
