Staff is friendly but since they closed the lobby we are talking about 30 minute and up waiting periods for the teller lines. It's terrible. Wish lobbies would open for at least basic transactions. This wait is miserable.

Recently the ATM is constantly saying they aren’t accepting deposits. And this isn’t the only SouthState it’s been happening at. And when I went to the drive thru I called to ask if they could just use my ID because I don’t know my account number and no one responded.

I can walk in here & ask to cash a check & they will place a hold on it, even though I've been with them for over 20 years, but my husband can turn around & go in & get the same check cashed because he's a guy. These girls at this branch love that male attention.

I was trying to deposit a check, written out to my father into HIS account. My father had already signed it but because it was made . They refused to let me deposit it, and the manager when I was trying to get a solid explanation as to WHY, she would keep interrupting me mid sentence. I found it very rude and unprofessional and exceptionally frustrating!
