We were surprised at how good the fried okra and the coconut pie (especially the crust) were, then found out from the staff they do their own breading on the okra and make the pie crusts from scratch (that's a lost art these days). Everything else is from scratch, including the tartar sauce, which we didn't have. V had the grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and I had the Hensley (or something like that) burger. Both were superb. Excellent, well-priced food in a small town on the road from Plano to Tulsa. We will stop again.

Unassuming little cafe on the side of the highway. Stopped in for breakfast on a road trip and enjoyed everything. At 7:30 on a Wednesday it appeared to be all regulars except me. The price was very reasonable.

I must say, after reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical, to say the least. However we were all tired and hungry and this was the only place in town. I quelled my fears and ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fried pickles. And wouldn't you know, it's one of the best burgers I've ever had. Truly fantastic food and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely eat here again.

Hole in the wall kind of place. Breakfast including eggs, pancakes, hash browns and sausage well done. Coffee hot and strong. And plenty of it. The bathrooms are not ADA compliant but they're clean with a homey touch. The place is in need of updates and maybe more room during the lunch rush. They have the land available. I wonder why they haven't expanded. Also the parking lot needs asphalt top, especially when it's raining, gets muddy.

The perfect hidden jem just off hwy 69 in Kiowa Oklahoma. Homestyle food with a down home feel. Definitely stop 🛑 here for all your hunger needs 😜.

Great food and great value. I came on a Friday for the all you can eat catfish and shrimp. Service is excellent and it is just far enough south that they know sweet from unsweet.

I wasn't expecting much.. so I didn't even grab my phone. was I wrong! I order an Spanish omelet. The omelet was so good! Customer service was real nice. I Will stop here again if I'm in the area. Next time I'll get some pictures of the menu.

I call this a Great place to eat! The mashed potatoes are real and food is plentiful. It's a small town restaurant but that's the best kind!!

We ate here on our way to Branson as usual. Again their coffee was excellent and the food was top notch. I've still got some of the ham left after we ate our meal and it's 2 days later. It was a huge slab of ham. Everything was cooked to perfection.
Coffee costs 75¢ now. Wow!!!
We ate in with a bunch of locals who are having their morning breakfast.

Local flavor. We were definitely out-of-towners but felt quite welcome. Food was delicious if plain (but that's what we wanted.) Pancakes, cheese omelette, and hash browns were tasty. And the coffee was great. Recommended for a quick meal on the road that is satisfying, filling, and won't bust a budget.

Every detail of breakfast was amazing! The farm fresh tasty eggs, crispy hasbrowns (as requested) and the best biscuits ever. Hubby and I shared a meal and it was plated separately with generous portions. We came across this place while traveling. We will be back!

They also have truck parking. I will be coming here from now on as opposed to the other options in area with truck parking.

This place is a warm welcome from a long drive. TRUCK PARKING!! Homemade food!! Smells like grandma's place!! Beautiful place .clean and country smells makes you remember all the things you forgot as a child!! Had huge burger with the biggest onion rings I've ever seen!! Steak burger and brown gravy too!! So blessed to fall into this place and wonderful pies!! A definite stop for me !! Love it!! ❤💙😍👍💟 wonderful service
