Hampton Inn & Suites McAlester

Love this Hampton Inn! Every room is Always so clean & fresh linens!
The sign at front door says that they are renovating but you definitely cannot tell that it needs to be.
Front desk employees are so friendly and welcoming!
I love that you offer a hot breakfast including hot oatmeal.

Very convenient for me while working in the area. Had a issue with the heat the first night and they switched rooms for us. Otherwise no issues at all. Good breakfast.

We came in last night at about 10 pm after having nothing but issues with a different hotel. Hannon was amazing. He was able to get us in a room quickly and was very compassionate. We will definitely be staying here every time we come through.

Came here on my way to Dallas and was very impressed with this hotel. Yes, it’s older but there are about to go thru a renovation. I loved how clean the rooms especially the bathrooms were. I’m a Gold HH member and therefore stay at a lot of Hilton properties. This one impressed me quite a bit.

Very nice rooms we had a great time would suggest a mattress topper the beds were a little firm, but other than that it's a great place

We were hot & tired at the end of a long day of driving. Pulled in to ask about vacancy. Was not given a price quote, but a booking instead. We had a nice room that was cool & quite. The tub faucet did drip continuously & there was an old stain on a chair, but we easily overlooked those. We felt comfortable & safe. I slept better than I have in any motel. My husband enjoyed the provided breakfast. My service dog was not bothered by hallway noise at all. I would recommend staying here.

This is my favorite hotel on the entire continent! It is a huge pleasure to have a Hampton in my hometown!

The hotel was spotless. Our room was super clean. The fully cooked breakfast was Hilton perfect with sausage eggs muffins oatmeal nuts berries toast juice fresh milk. I was offered water at the door and there was water stocked in the rooms. The shampoo and bodywash smelled great. The linens were decoratively folded and thr shower was immaculate. The pool was open from 6am to midnight which was perfect because many people were using it and that gave us opportunity to go in later when it was quiet and super early before anyone got out of bed. Even though the hotel was full there was plenty of space and seating at breakfast. The icing on the cake was the attitude and energy of the staff. Thank you for a very nice evening. Perfect scores. Only problem is now no other hotel will seem quite right! Cheers for Mcalester Oklahoma Hampton Inn. Second to none!

When I arrived at Hampton Inn & Suites McAlester, I was expecting it to just be a nice place to rest my head. Immediately upon arriving, my anxious pup slipped free and got away from me. I went inside sobbing and Hannan was so quick to jump to help. He wandered the golf course with me, calling for her and doing everything in his power to help me find her. I cannot thank Hannan enough for his dedication to helping me, and I've never experienced more compassion and care than I did tonight at this hotel. She's all safe and sound-- and we are cozy!!!

This hotel was conveniently located near everything I needed. I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a good variety of items that seemed to have a unique flavor even though they were from (most likely) Sysco. The room was normal for the chain, but well kept. The only complaint I have is that the exterior had a strong smell of cat urine (ammonia). The breakfast and desk staff were friendly and helpful

Good stay. Slept well. Decent breakfast included. Rates are in line with what one would expect. Dogs welcome.

Stayed for one night and I got to say, I had the best time of my life. The staff were so friendly, breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel to anyone who are interested in a little getaway !

This hotel is very clean and well kept. The desk managers were very helpful and friendly. Area was quiet.

Everything was great except for the pool! The pool was extremely cold and my daughter and I were unable to swim. That was a little disappointing 😕

We had an excellent 8 night stay here, after our vehicle broke down nearby and had to go to the shop across the street. The front desk crew (K-Lea, Kenna, Elizabeth, Tommy, and one more lady that I didn't get the name of) were all kind and helpful to us, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the a.c. kept up in the 100°+ weather, and the breakfast was good every day. The only thing I can think of that was wrong is that the tub faucets continuously dripped, but that didn't bother us at all or affect our stay in the least. I only mention it in case they need to know about it so they can fix it. If I ever get back that way, I'd definitely stay there again! I'm thankful for all they did to help us during that unexpected visit!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Rooms are great and comfy. We had the king room with a fold out sofa bed. Enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed breakfast. Thanks for the great job y'all!

Great hotel for the area. We had family in quite a few rooms for a nearby funeral and there were no complaints. The TV was a little small for today’s world, but nothing else. The lobby was nice and the kids loved the pool area. Would highly recommend if in the area.

The rooms were delightful and simple. We actually used the hot tub there it was Luke warm. The clerk was very kind to turn up the temperature and in the morning the breakfast was good. The only down fall was the mattress. I've never slept on a mattress so hard.
