Comfort Suites McAlester

Upon check in I was greeted by Sherrie at the front desk who was friendly and had our room ready to go and explained the hotel breakfast areas and which way our room was and how long she was on duty and who would be coming in for the evening shift if there was anything we needed. Room was clean and had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Tv was a decent size and tv selection was good. Was a little surprised our room did not have a desk. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and sausage as well as muffins waffles and cereal. Did miss not having biscuits and gravy and oatmeal. My visit was during Valentines and Amanda at the front desk was so gracious to let me use the conference room to put together my items that I had for my fiancé roses ect. Most refreshing to have this level of hospitality from Sherrie and Amanda…

Checked in without a reservation pretty late during a long road trip. Had a great room. 2 queen beds and was able to bring my dog and cat. The pool was available, even late, as long as there were no complaints about noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot of protons available.

Room was huge and beds most comfortable! The red head at the front desk was fantastic bubbly and friendly!
The elevator went out in the night. We were on 3 floor. Luggage 2 kids under 8. Not fun but stuff happens. Breakfast was slow but we managed.
Good stay.

After a long drive from CO. I was glad to finally rest. I had come a bit early as check-in isn't until 3pm but Debbie at the front counter was willing to work with me and let me in earlier given my circumstances. The hotel itself was clean but under renovation. Despite this the room itself was large, cozy, and spotless. I didn't even know the couch was a pullout bed till I inspected it. They even had a microwave and fridge in the room. With Walmart a walk away I knew this place was perfect! Will likely be coming back when I visit in the future.

Very nice place to stay and a good breakfast selection.

Aside from being a little hard to get into the stay was great. Room big and comfortable. Towels soft and big.
Unfortunately we were on the third floor when the elevator went out. But hey stuff unexpectedly does happen!
The front desk girl (red head) was sweet and helpful.

I've stayed here 3 times this year (all during the pandemic), as I felt safe and found the rooms to be very clean, which is crucial to me. Additionally the staff have been very friendly and helpful to me. The spacious rooms could use updating but they aren't lacking anything. The beds are very comfy for a hotel, which is also important to me. (Not like home, but what is?)
I'll likely stay here again during my travels. I recommend this hotel as they have been consistent with all the elements I feel are most important.

Clean and comfortable beds! Breakfast was very good and had variety. The pool is not open but they are doing a lot of construction. The price was very fair. The room looked nice and the staff was kind as well. Very pleased

The staff at the desk was kind. We were givena quiet room at the end of the hall. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. The bed was comfortable and soft. We were allowed to bring our little dog without issue. In the morning we woke up late and they kept breakfast out for us. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was a little far from where I needed to be, but, I wiuld rather have comfort and a clean room, so, the distances was not really a bother for me.

I have stay at many places before and this was one of the best I’ve stayed in!
Everything from the room, bed, layout of the room, the staff that greeted us when we checked in, the staff that helped serve breakfast, and the staff that we meet when we checked out! And let’s not forget that all of that was under $65!!! I would expect to have to pay $150 per night for what we got but no it was $62 plus some change!
I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

We'll stop here again on our way to Dallas/Waco. Room was large & clean & comfy. Slept very well. Breakfast was a waffle for me... scrambled eggs, sausage & gravy for my husband. Great place!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly. The only issue I had was there are stains on the ceiling from what is possibly a water leak. It did not cause any problems it was just a concern. I'd stay here again in a second.

I had a great stay, staff was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be staying again, when I'm in the area!

Nice & friendly hotel staff, very accommodating for larger groups. They took the extra step to put our 4 room reservation together in direct proximity to each room. Queen suites were very nice. Loved it.

Great value, clean, seems safe.
Suggestion to management: install an outdoor ash tray, the butts are flicking their butts!

Far better accommodations than I have had in the last few years from competing chains. Room was clean, bed perfectly made, no mildew or mold and is spacious.

You'll enjoy your stay here!! If Kat is on duty, she's exceptional... The rooms are clean and very affordable... if you're military, you'll receive. Great deal... super place to stay!!

The lady working the desk was so sweet and helpful. Our room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable!! Also the breakfast was awesome, good selection!
