KFC

Can't give a good report this time I visited. I ordered two meals to go. One meal was original and the pieces were not what was ordered specifically. The chicken was not fresh and tough. The second meal was extra crispy, The meat was undercooked, still pink near the bone. This was disappointing as this store usually is operated top notch.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. The nice lady at the counter helped me to decide what would be easiest for me to eat. As I am limited as to what I can get down. If we travel through again most definitely would stop again 🙃

One of the best meals I have had during my stay in McAlester, OK. The restaurant was clean, service was good. I would highly recommend.

Great food as always. The place is clean. The employees all have a pleasant attitudes.

Enjoyed the food, I went to fill out an application for a part time job. And I almost questioned the Manager. Because the application was not very clear on some parts of it. But I remember what it's like during the holidays when I worked at food restaurants. So I pray that God will bless the entire staff. And Dee Johnson cooks some good chicken. Hope he gets a raise... Merry Christmas everyone and Happy New Year's.

Thoroughly enjoyable pleasant staff.. great food. We went on a picnic but the inside of the building was clean and nice redone

Since it takes so long in the drive through, I ordered in the app before leaving the house and it was ready when I walked in the door!

Chicken potatoe bowl meal. Both were great as always. Ate inside. A couple tables that needed to be wiped down. Tasted great. The fries are perfect.

Well they charge, for sauce and that is crazy, I mean spend good amount of money for the food, sauce should be free, also some employees are rude including the manager

We order for our company (about 30 people) every couple of weeks. The manager is always extremely pleasant and goes out of her way to help us with scheduling and picking up the food. Her whole staff is great with helping carry out the food to be loaded.

First time to dine in mcalester KFC and I absolutely will be back!! As soon as i walked in, i was greeted and the customer service was absolutely impressive☝☝☝. We ordered and the front counter girl was so helpful and friendly! Food was served promplty and it was good and fresh and was so fast!! They made sure there wasn't anything we needed before we set down. We will most certainly be back!!

Nice wonderful service and very fresh food. We waited a few minutes for fresh hot biscuits. They offered a different side if we didn't want to wait. Biscuits were well worth the wait. Very friendly staff. Loved it

Loved the food and people there i highly respect them because they get stressed but they are calm even with short staff i saw they work hard @McAlesterKFCOklahoma even tho some customers are impatient and rude ima just gonna say this...take a look im their shoes and see the actions yall give treat others the sams way u wanted to be trested and habe paitence with people plus if yall dobt like the food then go somewhere else and remeber there only one plave for chickeb so give it paitence

This KFC is our destination stop for a meal when traveling through McAlester. It is the best and most consistent quality KFC I have visited in years. We have traveled through there to visit family for about ten years and almost always plan this as a midpoint stop.

This is an amazing place! They have so much variety and you are guaranteed to find something for the whole family! My personal I favorite is the chicken strip meal! I definitely recommend this place is you like fried chicken!
