Hatco Farm & Ranch

I was more than impressed with the customer service at Hatco. I pulled into Hatco on a 100 degree Oklahoma day after blowing a tire on my trailer 4 miles south. While I didn't need any farm products, I did need some good old fashion customer service. And Tina and her team delivered 110% They tried to loan me one of their own tires (which they don't sell.) They loaned me their tools and even offered to drive with me to my trailer to help change the flat. That meant a lot during a stressful situation with my 2 boys on the side of the road with the trailer. I really appreciated the time they spent with me and the help. It is hard to find service like that today and I can only imagine that is what they give their customers looking for farm and ranch supplies. Thank Tina and the team at Hatco!

I might be biased but this place has been owned by Rex as long as I can remember great man good to sit down relax talk to friends family also Rex is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet he's going to go the extra mile to help anyone out when we first moved from Texas to here in Oklahoma you gave my dad a job without seeing a resume

Good and honest people. We have few acres near Kiowa and we drive from Dallas, this is the only place we stop to get our feeds. Excellent customer service and great folks.
