Very welcoming staff and so helpful! We have lots of questions with our new puppy and have been in many times to try new things. The staff are just wonderful. We love the variety of choices for our pup. And a scale to weigh our puppy & check on growth is so nice.

Great experience! Walked in and weighed my pup. Was greeted by everyone at different times. Employees knowledgeable about my 3 pound Yorkie on what to feed to flea medicine that I could apply after a run in the park.

Mud Bay has everything my dog would ever need. He loves going in there for his treats, I buy his food there and the toy section offers fun new choices all the time. And the sales people know the answers. They aren’t just basic sales, they have been trained. Best place to go for your pet.

Awesome Manager and staff.Everytime I go in I am treated with the utmost respect and ​ professionalism. One time I had a problem, I called in and they remidied my special concern within iminutes! Great Manager Lori! They help me wih my special needs 3 legged dog,and helped me purchase all of the supplies, feed , carriers and portable beds. They never try to over sell me. I will alway be a lifetime customer.Great store!

I immediately felt comfortable asking for his advice because I have a sick kitty that is not wanting to eat. He walked me through all of the food options in the store and made a variety of recommendations to help my little kitty. I walked away comforted knowing that I can return any time and get amazing service and can actually get anything delivered to my doorstep if needed! We love your store and the cats get so excited when we bring home new treats. We wished there were more selection on cat food supply though. We're constantly having to drive from MudBay to other natural pet stores to pickup other flavors or brands you guys don't carry. Would be neat to do all my pet food shopping there in one place! Other than that, great pet supply store full of outstanding products! ❤

We knew we were pretty done with big box pet stores after our first visit here. We love it! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are comparable if not BETTER than the bigger stores and they have higher quality products. They may not be able to serve every single one of your pets needs but I bet they can come pretty close. Their bulk treats are great and you get a deal if you get a bucket. They unfortunately don't carry the food our girl eats, but that doesn't deter us. We are huge Mudbay fans, the first time we were in they slipped a card with a coupon for our next visit, so if you stop in and haven't been before definitely let them know!

LOVE mud bay. Super friendly knowledgeable staff. It is definitely a "pets" store. Our pup Ellie knows the name and will talk until we go.

We live 4 hours away and always make it a point to visit Mudbay for our boys on a regular basis. We have 2 dogs (husky and German shepherd) and 2 cats. Mudbay has something for all of them and their eating/play habits. Our favorite and most highly recommended products are the tuna flakes and salmon meal toppers for cats and the yak chews and extra large duck jerky sticks for dogs! Especially if you have some chewers. All time favorite product for nice shiny and healthy coats for all of them is the salmon and pollock oil! My oldest cat is about 15 years old and started looking a little.....scraggly. His fur was thinning and his skin irritated. I started giving him just one pump of the oil once a day and in a couple weeks he had a fresh, soft, and thick coat and stopped itching! One of our dogs was a stray and his coat was rough when we got him, his coat has softened up so much from the oil.

No matter which location you go to, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I absolutely recommend Mudbay whole heartedly.
