I went on a school trip to the mall, and my friends and I went into this store. We hade amazing costumer service. If you go there ask for Will. He is great. Very helpful

Customer service is slightly under okay. Bought a hoodie from here & I really love it. Probably won't be going back though.

They have a nice variety of clothing. But they can do better on customer service.

Good variety of merchandise but customer service is lacking. I had to search for someone to help me because I'm pretty sure there were only 3 employees on the floor. During Christmas season this seemed to be a skeleton crew. It took so long baby the time I got help I was just kind of over the whole experience. I would not recommend. With their competition next door and their rep for customer service I won't be back.

I had great help in the store. At least five different associates asked if I needed help finding anything before I made it half way through the store. Found so many ugly pairs of pants, and eventually found two different styles to purchase. Got home and the black jeans smelled really bad, so of course I washed and dried them. The chemical smell is still radiating off the pants. I called to let the store know and they said they would not give me my money back because I washed them. I called the customer service located in Irvine, CA and they said they couldn't do anything at all. I asked for corporate and Ellen said they would not do anything to help our situation either. It's a specific pair of pants causing this smell and it may be because it's make of recycled polyester.

This store DOES NOT HAVE SAME DAY CURBSIDE PICKUP!! I ordered my husband's Valentine's gift online at 9:00am and I thought I would run by after work to pick it up since Tilly's offer's this service. However when I called the store and asked when it would be ready the girl on the phone stated that they fulfill all their orders at 8am and will NOT fullfil anymore orders until the next day! So DO NOT order anything online if you intend to pick it up the same day because they are false advertising same day curbside pickup! I even asked her if there was anyway she could fullfil my order because it was a Valentine's Day gift and she refused. Poor Customer Service!! I'm very disappointed because I do love Tilly's and so does my Husband but after this I'm taking my business else where. 😮‍💨😡

I’m a regular customer at Tilly’s because I like the clothes “quality” and prices! But I’ve decided to finally give this store a review and hopefully the store manager see’s it! But over time the employees have lost focus on customer service! Today was my Christmas shopping day and I shopped in almost every store in the mall and this store by far had the worst customer service, and the least amount of associates working compared to others! Even Pacsun was fully staffed......

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered online. Did not deliver product. Customer service was terrible and rude. Kept my $ and now have to dispute charges.

100% stay away from this business.

VANESSA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER THAT SUPPORTS HER EMPLOYEES HORRIFIC CUSTOMER DISERVICE, REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WHEN THINGS GET TO THE POINT THAT HER EMPLOYEES ARE LITERALLY DRIVING CUSTOMERS OUT OF THE DOOR AND SABATOGING SALES SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. SHE MINIMIZES COMPLAINTS AND DISRESPECTS PEOPLE WHO DARE TO MAKE ONE. NASTY AND CONDENSENDING AS SHE CAN BE. BECAUSE OF HER I WILL NEVER STIP FOOT INTO TILLYS AGAIN. SHE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE COMPANY POLICY ON HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS SERVICE, HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS CONCERNING BAD SERVICE AND DISCRIMINATION. THE ONLY MISTAKE I EVER MADE WAS WALKING INTO THE STORE TO BUY SOMETHING. TRUST ME I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. SO MANY GREAT STORES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . NO NEED TO CHOOSE THIS ONE.

Bad experience. Curly brown haired manager is super rude and petty.
