My husband and I lived in an apartment of Floyd realty for little more than 2 years and we had a really good experience. Richard is an excellent landlord and he has been fantastic. Maintenance issues gets solved quickly. Affordable apartments, definitely a good choice for college students.

Richard is awesome, he’s very kind hearted and is always prompt to responding back to me! He is very understanding especially with broke college students such as myself. Best living place. glad I experienced my college career here at Withers Street. It is close to Texas Women’s University, and the park is always filled with excitement and events. I’ll be sad to be moving out in 3 months loved it here!!

Good luck trying to get ahold of richard if you want to rent an apartment. He literally admitted to dodging my calls and was terrible with communication. He couldn't keep me up to date on the availability but he can sure get back to me to say its gone sorry.
