I arrived at AT&T and after a few minutes,Parker helped me to get service.She was friendly and knowledgeable.She answered all my questions and set my phone up for me.Im very pleased with my time at AT&T and so far my service is great.Thank you

I went in there with my boyfriend to get a new line set up and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done in my life!! I can’t explain how helpful Deanna (don’t know how to spell it) was. Any questions we had she answered with enthusiasm & never gave me a single doubt about how much I would spend or the quality of what I was getting. She had amazing customer service and she made us very comfortable. When I go into any kind of services store, I expect them to act just like her!

Great staff and great service! We went in to buy an ipad close to closing not realizing there was a wait. They asked if we wanted to stay and they stayed late for us. The next day we had some questions on setting it up and they were more than happy and willing to get us fixed up.

Went in to the MaAlester AT&T to up grade all 3 lines. Very informed and helpful. Able to answer all my questions and got us a good deal. The staff were pleasant to us and got along well with each other. Love the teamwork

Deanna Jones helped me, what a breath of fresh air, I could not figure out how to connect my new phone to my car, she had me connected in 2 min. This is not the first time this young lady helped me, she helped my husband and I once before. What a great employee AT&T has. Thank you Deanna.

Great service! Julian helped my husband and I upgrade to a new IPhone. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend talking to him if your looking to purchase or upgrade your phone. We will definitely be going back in the future.

My husband super glued his phone. National emergency! We went to the AT&T location in McAlester and were extremely pleased with the quick service, patient sales associate and thorough explanation of how his new phone operates. This is not the first time we’ve had excellent service here. We prefer this store over larger markets any day of the week! Thank you so much for taking time with us!

OK so usually I don't get the greatest service here but yesterday I went in and switched onto my own account from my parents and the man that helped was actually very helpful and respectable. I can be the first to tell you that it usually takes me FOREVER to pick out what I want if there are multiple options. Anyways my husband was trying to rush me and the whole time the man that was helping us made sure to tell me that I needed to take my time and pick out which color I wanted which I thought was amazing and kept stressing to me that I wasn't being rushed or anything of the sort. Usually they try and push you one way but he was making sure it was what I wanted and not what my husband or anyone else wanted. He also gave me some good advice on things to do with my account and a few others. It was nice to actually have someone that can actually help you in a nice way and not rush through it and tell you what you want to hear. His name is Travis if anyone wants good service.
