1st time since i moved here that someone actually helped me find what i needed in plumbing. Previously, my experience was poor, employee would say oh its on Isle # and walk off. But my last visit was super positive. Thank you sir for all your help.

I was in to purchase a new bathroom faucet and a smart thermostat. The associate explained both products to me and helped me make sure I was getting the correct models of each.

I could live in Lowes lol. Always have everything I need and so much more I want! Awesome store! Only thing that drives me crazy is as many people that work there, I ALWAYS have to walk around forever to find someone in a certain Department. Other than that, once I finally find their ALWAYS really helpful!

I went into Lowes to compare pricing on windows and doors. I’m looking for 14 windows and 3 doors, with that said I was not expecting to place the whole order but I ran into one of the best sales people I’ve see in quite a while. Kevin was so helpful that I place the whole order over $10k and more to buy!! Kevin is super knowledgeable and professional and that saved me time and money. I got back home with the items they had in stock and in less than an hour they where being installed. Bravo Kevin!!!

Best liees by far. Used to shop at the Durant location with much frustration. This location has the best customer service..loyal customer now to this location.

I have always had great experiences here. And the employees are actually pretty knowledgeable about what they are in charge of.

Friendly service also a bit pricey.

Lowe's always and an easy 25 minutes away from Henryetta now that the turnpike is 85mph to McAlester...LOL

I want to give a shout out to the gal that works in plumbing. She knows her stuff. Nancy in nails and Jeremy. Jeremy knows where everything is. He’s helped me from lawn and garden, wood and everything in between. He’s always happy.

Great place to get ALL your home improvement needs no matter the size of your project

We had the best experience at the McAlester Lowe’s today. Conner the assistant manager provided professional customer service and took it upon himself to fix the mistakes that were made by the Muskogee store. We live an hour away but will continue our shopping with this location because of the kindness we were shown by Conner. (He needs a raise!)

Lowes is awesome. We really enjoyed being there on their customer appreciation day! Free drinks, fruit, donuts, hot dogs and chips!! Thanks Lowes!

Jerry in hardware/tools stayed late after closing to help my sister change her flat tire. Being hours away, I can’t shake his hand and thank him personally, so I’d like to thank him publicly. As the old Clay Walker song says, “Don’t let the Chain of Love end with you.” Thanks, Jerry!

Usually can find all the things I need here. The employees are typically very helpful and friendly.

The gentleman that he me was very courteous took time look at pictures of what was working on and showed me what I needed and explained other possibilities that could be going on with what I was working on.ya'll drop on by there and check'em out

I love pick up in store. In and out!! Just got yet another trailer full of stuff.

Lowe’s is one of my favorite stores the only negative thing I can say is customer service on the phone is more like customer neglect we had to drive 28 miles one way not knowing if they had deep freeze, thankfully they did and the manager was kind enough to comp us because no one would answer the phone , We love Lowe’s … just please answer the phone, gas is to high for us country folks to make that drive 😊

Stacy and Christine are amazing! Their knowledge helped us with our purchase of products we need for our home. We go in frequently and they are always so friendly and sooo patient with us. Thanks Ladies!!
