John was incredibly nice and helpful. We spent just as much time talking as I did looking around the store. I found a beautiful armoire for a friend of mine and I will definitely be back!

Joseph helped me choose the perfect mattress and didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive, also had great advice on the furniture selection. John delivered and set up everything in my home and provided excellent suggestions on furniture arrangement. I am definitely a repeat customer.

John was so incredibly helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. He helped me find what I need by listening to me, giving me options and pricing that fit my budget and even walked me over to give me visual examples of the differences of the product. Better yet, when I told him one of my other furniture issues, instead of trying to sell me a product he took a lot of time to tell me how I could fix it myself for a couple of dollars and walked me through the repair process instead of trying to sell me something. He of course told me I could still purchase a new one at a really great price. Customer service like this seems like a thing of the past and I will be back to Trader Joe’s as my FIRST option over any big name store in the future. It’s no wonder this small business has survived so long in Charleston and I will definitely be back very soon! Thank you!!

Joseph helped my son narrow down which mattress and furniture to buy. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the manufacturer and best choice. Great customer service, I got there a few minutes before close and they stayed open late so I could browse and make additional purchases.
I went in for one item and left filling my entire empty apartment! I also ended up canceling a previous order because they have everything in stock; and to top it off were able to deliver to me that night!
I would compare the quality with something you would purchase off Amazon; very pleased.

All around, great establishment! Such helpful staff! My friend and I are from out of town and ran into car trouble. This awesome man helped change our tire and made sure that we drove off safe. He checked our PSI on the tire, and even taught us something’s about changing a tire. Quality man, quality company. So so helpful.

I recently bought a new living room set from Trader Joe's. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until the furniture was delivered a few days later. Helpful staff, easy to work with and local!! Highly recommended.

We just bought a coffee and end table set from here after shopping all over Charleston. What we found at this hidden gem was way nicer and way more affordable than everywhere else. If you're looking for new furniture this is the best place in town and if you're looking for gently used items this place has so many cool one of kind items for your home. We're just sad we didn't find them sooner! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back!

The store has SO many options from furniture to decor! Me and my roommate went in to see what we could find to decorate our apartment and we left with quite a few great items. The staff was extremely friendly and was willing to work with us on some of the prices! I would highly recommend it. It was also refreshing to have a real conversation with an employee while checking out.

Walked in 20 mins before closing, and salesperson was very patient and helpful. After shopping at many different furniture stores, the prices at Trader Joe’s Inc. made my heart swoon! Everything we bought, which was a bedroom set, couch and tv stand, was delivered that very same night! They were very helpful with how to set everything up. I highly recommend and will be going again soon!

New and used furniture. Joseph patiently worked with son helping him pick furniture for his first place. Very knowledgeable and informative. Will return to store in the future.

Happy to meet the youngest Joe and buy a Futon Set. The only store in Charleston that has comfortable futons on display and in stock. They had a wide range of frame and mattress options. And their prices beat Amazon.

Outstanding customer service. A lot more personal than a big box furniture store. It's so much better to give your money to a locally owned small business in a large corporation.

Fast and corteous service. i have been in the store browsing several times and they always are friendly. They always have some unique items at great value. This trip i made a purchaze which was handled quicly and put in my car i short order.

Just like I said in a lash Trader Joe’s this place is amazing and I recommend it to every single person on earth it’s affordable it’s healthy food it’s what everyone should be eating but Earth fare and Whole Foods charge tons and tons of money and have made people think that to healthy food is way too expensive Trader Joe is changing the world one step at a time and it is affordable and I suggest everyone try it once
