I wanted to applaud Christina, who was working checkout, on Wednesday, May 15th. She was professional, very kind and gracious. She offered to go to the shoe department to look for another size boot. She also checked online as well! Super great associate!

While waiting in line I noticed Renee mendoza’s great attitude and energy. She not only took care of every customer including myself. I noticed everyone walked away with a smile. Thank you Renee for having such great customer service skills keep up the great work!

Came to this location because they had some Halloween earrings available. Glad I started looking early because they were almost all sold out. The employees look like they keep busy ringing up customers so I saved my questions for checkout. Cashier was very nice and helpful. She helped me place my online order that will ship to the store with free shipping 👌

They always have great deals go in there and be kind go check it out if we don't go visit our department stores and just order online they're going to close all right I generally enjoy being around other people so let's go out there go shopping I'd love to meet all of you have a blessed day be kind to each other it doesn't cost anything

Love this place. Take my grandson shopping for school clothes and odds/ends.
He loves riding the escalator and playing on the beds upstairs.
If you see the shelves re-organized that may be him.
He is autistic and loves placing items by categories and size.

An online order pick up for cosmetics. A quick in and out.

It's nice quit place to shop but expensive Only if you could effort it and has lots of good items and not too crowded lot of space to able to look at things I'll be coming back cuz there something I saw for my daughter she would love it can not wait

My husband and I visited the location at Southpark Mall. The store is very clean, organized and well-stocked. The employees we interacted with were courteous, helpful and professional. Our overall experience was positive.

Store is clean and items for last minute gifts. I wS picking up online orders. Expect a delay however once I rea he'd the counter, I was served very quickly and out the door.

Bought some jewelry for my granddaughter. I got a really good deal on the earrings.

Was here shopping. Remind me how special it is to shop for new clothes and new cologne.

At 11.00 they open,sad quick and fast on my returns waited a long time but went across to have breakfast at H.E.B

Thankful for the few people that work so hard to attend to us few that do go into the Store to shop at this very busy time (seasonal). We decided to pick up our online order earlier than later, the number of employees is diminishing. Very sad to see these people at the counter doing the work of 2 or 3 people... this change slowly but surely was visible even before I gave in to online shopping. Store is always neat, clean and things in their place. Thank you all for you do with a smile and know we appreciate you!

I love their discounts. They have wonderful service's. The staff is nice and helpful. I bought 2 pair of sandals for my granddaughter for 59 dollars after the discounts and reward program. They have beautiful clothes. JCP is my store. I lo e going there.

Great prices on many name brand clothing. I went in without a budget not expecting to buy much. I ended up with 6 bags of clothing and a total of $609 but after all discounts and clearance prices were subtracted my ending total came out to only $92! I was super amazed!

The staff this day were great. Great customer service received. Both girls gave a very warm welcome to not just us but everyone in their store. Jcpenney should be proud to have these employees working their optical department. The confidence they demonstrate is a huge plus on my books. They are the kind of employees I would love to hire for my business.

Great deals. Great staff on hand to help. Savings available online and by coupons offered through the store. Plenty of variety for clothing. Sephora lights up our life with all things beauty. Jewelry, shoes, handbags, men sections, housewares. Everything needed at a good price. Come on down.

Went to pickup my ship to store order and Jeremy, the store clerk came up front as soon as I got in line since there was another customer being waited on already. I had a Very pleasant visit. Jeremy was Extremely Polite and Professional both times he waited on me. I was leaving and found a gift for my grandson, which I know he will like a lot, on clearance (half off).
