The Home Depot

This is a great store. Has all the parts and tools I need. Order online and pick it up at the vending machine just outside the store. Have a love affair with the power tools from Ryobi. Have a number of them in my tools box. And adding to them each month. They are coming out with new ones all the time.

Went by today 10/28/23 12:20 and the girl from the paint department was so much help. Had wonderful customer service don't ever find workers like her. Usually you ask for help and the workers don't know anything but she was so helpful

Went in to Home Depot with a friend to pick up a few things. These really caught my interest! The rustic work bench could use it inside the house as an island it also has wheels ez to move around. In the appliances department this cute vintage refrigerator and affordable! Will come again to stay to look around when I have more time.

Overall good for HD. Lots of boxed product in the isles making it one person with cart in some places in the store.But found what I came for 12 bags of 60 lbs cement inside. 80 lbs were outside. Mobile Security camera (solar panel) in parking lot. Do not know if it’s for deterrent or actual security monitoring, either way I’ve seen no incidents at this Home Depot.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and was in your store looking for something to unclog it. And you have a very knowledgeable helpful employee in the plumbing dept. And she recommended this and IT WORKED!! So happy!

I give the customer service that a specific employee from the paint department displayed a 5 star. The name of the gentleman who was running that department was Chris (a retired man) I want to start by saying today is Labor day and surprisingly enough a lot of businesses including Home Depot were open. So hats off to those working hard instead of relaxing at home with loved ones. When I first went to look for some paint there were maybe about 3 people in that area. Not even 5mins of shopping there were now 8 different people needing things and in line there. When it was our turn my little boys found the paint process entertaining and chatting away with the older gentleman about work etc while he created our colors.any people walked up to him while in the process to ask different questions. One lady who was about the 3rd to be tended to was getting impatient and kept huffing and puffing. She went up to the worker Chris and I only heard her say something about well can't someone help yada yada, she started pointing to workers walking by the main isle and asking well why can't they help me etc. She walked back to wait again, and said hhhhhh people don't want to work. I immediately turned and calmly said keep in mind today is Labor Day. She could care less and relief today or not people just don't want to work. Which I understand in some cases, but not this one. As this man was doing his best and staying calm trying to cater to the "so called line". I replied well at this point I'm grateful they're open on a holiday, and turned away. The guy I'm sure heard what the woman said and the boys tried to keep him motivated while working. I looked at him and was like don't worry just do the best you can one at a time you can't please everyone with a snap of a finger. I did have my boys go to a nearby worker near the light bulbs to ask if she could get someone to help that department as there were still 4 other sets of people waiting. My kids were told to go to some other employees and relay that info. Needless to say while I was there no one else came. I figured I would give a great review for his kindness and his patience. Many blessings to him and others who worked today. 🙏❤

They help me find what I needed and and help me find one that was on sale and it worked out real well it was batteries for some of my electric equipment

Hi, I made a big purchase yesterday of a Ryder lawn mower, the cashier in Customer Service Stephanie worked with me. Not only was she really sweet, she was very patient and I really enjoyed the friendly customer service. I had to give her a 4 star review.

This is my Home Depot. I get all of my hardware, lumber, and many other supplies here. The cashiers are great, getting help in the isles, be prepared to wait a bit. But overall, not bad, not bad at all.

I ordered a microwave online.The delivery guys, Shi and Kel were very nice and professional, they delivered microwave early. It had a slight dent on the top corner , a factory defect. I have to say the home Depot customer service in Georgia has an awesome team! I talked to Alexis on Friday, and she documented everything. She is very professional and efficient. Whirlpool office was closed, so I had to call back on Monday. Ethan was so helpful and personable! Ethan set up new delivery to bring another microwave and pick up the defective one. Thank you!!

Typically when I go to this Home Depot, staff isn’t very friendly or helpful but yesterday I was helped by Ernest and he provided the best customer service. It was very refreshing. There also never seems to be carts available but he went to go grab me a cart and loaded it with lumber. There was also a girl with blonde hair and black roots that let me use her measuring tape because I forgot mine. She was also pleasant.

Had the necessary items we needed for our bathroom.
