There is a manager there named Joyce and she did a wonderful job upgrading our phones and showed concern for all our needs. She was very professional, informative and attentive. The best part of it all is we all got what we wanted. I don’t know if you can make requests, but definitely find Joyce to help you out. Thank you and we will be back to this location!

I walked in and I was greeted. They took care of my needs. The staff was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the phones

I went to the SW military store and was immediately greated by Rico Mireles. He asked me what brought me into the store and told him giuded me to where I needed to be and he knew all the product knowledge to the phone I was very interested in. He also made sure that before I left the store all the information was transferred over to the new phone from my old one.. he is an awesome representative and will be going TO HIM here in the next couple of months when my wife's phone is ready to be upgraded.

Went in to get info on the iPhone 15 pro max and as soon as I set foot in the store Raymond R greeted me and asked how he could assist me. He wax attentive as I explained my situation, he answered my questions and gave me suggestions how to make my purchase easier and financially wise. I ended up ordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max right then and there. 🙌🏼🙌🏼💯💯

You guys! This dude right here, KNOWS how to treat customers! So much so I choose to buy something i wasn’t really looking for only cause i wanted to give him the sale! Look for Mr. Muscles aka Raymond! He’s awesome!

We were helped as soon as we arrived. Sales representative answered all of our questions and made sure we received what we requested. He was very helpful and professional.

Went for my stepdaughter to get herself on her own line and off ours. The gentleman that helped us was extremely professional as is the rest of your staff. They just need to keep doing what they are doing to help customers and not try to hurry them up and on to the next like I have seen at other carriers. Great job 10/10 will be returning if I need any help with anything.

I felt Raymond did a great job to educate me well on the things I did not understand much. His supervisors really worked as a team with him and one of them was Vicky that I was able to meet. They treated me like a VIP and that’s why I got 3 new phones based on their recommendation particularly Raymond who was very confident to show that he sincerely wanted to help me in different ways. I am a very satisfied person when I came out of that store and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Went in to treat myself to a Galaxy Watch, and had the pleasure to be attended to by Norma. She was not only well versed in the tech surrounding the watch, she explained everything clearly. The next tech we buy that they sell we'll be seeking her out! It was a great experience, and the move to greet customers at the door and essentially assign them a representative and get them seated was central to that experience.

Randy was a awesome rep always helpful and understanding. But he he was able to get me setup with a new line for my son and recommend the best deal for me. Not only did I get a iPhone 12 50% off he also made sure all my devices were insured. Thank you again Randy and AT&T for great customer service. We came in to upgrade a Galaxy S8 to an iPhone 14 Pro and Becky helped us with all of our concerns in top of what we were going in for (Billing, troubleshooting, and profile info). This store is usually busy and it definitely was when we went in but we were out within an hour and half!

Recommend Becky highly - she was very transparent and helpful.

I'd rather do my transactions online, but sometimes you must go in store. Last time was quick and the rep was helpful in solving our issue. He was knowledgeable competent. Would go again.

My husband and I visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. The store was quite busy and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. We were treated professionally by Joyce. Joyce was able to provide us with the answers to all of the questions we came in with. Very, very pleased with our service and the professionalism and friendliness we received today. Thank you Joyce! Came in for an upgrade for my phone and Becky helped us with account issues. Was helped in a timely manner and wait time was not too bad with when having 5 people ahead of me. Becky was friendly, helpful, and patient with us.

I purchased 3 smart phones online, which when I called to activate att couldn't find our info. They suggested we go into a store to get authentication. So we ended up walking into this particular location. We were greeted by Christian M. (Chris). As I explained the issue he listened attentively, and said don't worry we will figure out the issue.
We literally spend all afternoon trying to take care of it. We left with only 1 phone active thinking the other would be active in a few minutes, it was not. Chris gave me his personal card and I texted him the next day, his response was quick. He assured me he will contact att and find out which he did.

Overall the issue was our previous carrier who wouldn't release our numbers, but Chris took the time to call our old carrier and get down to the bottom of it.

He remained very patient and calm which helped me because I probably would have been yelling and upset.
Having someone like Chris help made our experience easy and worth it.

Chris has values, respect and I was impressed with that.

Our representative Ruth was on top of things she was very helpful. You’ll need more help the towers power is very bad service cause we were without service like 5 to 6 hours in case of an emergency and we couldn’t call out or in you can experience a lawsuit one of these days because we are all seniors citizens in this area.
