Embassy Suites San Antonio Brooks Hotel & Spa

This is an exceptional hotel for a "3 Stars" rated facility. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, amazing hot breakfast and happy hour every evening. Open self parking space but had couple of gentlemen patrol the area to ensure vehicles ain't tempered with. Digital key access to your room, fitness area, pool and guest laundry made it easier without having to carry a card around. Lots of food options at and around the hotel, most of them walkable. Would stay here again and recommend 100%!

Great Hotel, I had stayed there 3 times for courses. Last summer and last month, February 2024. The attention was excellent since check in, whatever we needed they were happy to help. They have a delicious breakfast included, nice restaurant and they also have happy hour. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The salt cave is one of my favorite escapes. It's so peaceful. A wonderful peaceful "reset". They keep the cave cool at 60 degrees to keep the salt from sweating so they provide blankets or you can take your own. My only recommendation is to put a blanket or two on the Zero Gravity Recliners before laying down to block any cool breeze from coming up from the bottom. I like to take my own white socks, but they also have those available. We were able to relax and enjoy a hot or cool beverage before entering the cave. Going back with another friend very soon.

This is an amazing hotel! The staff is super friendly, always very attentive to each one of the guests, besides the hotel is very clean and quiet. The best was the food, I am vegetarian and the restaurant had vegetarian options which are delicious and affordable. My stay spanned over 2 weekends to attend a conference given by a person from Brazil, and there was a lot of people attending from different places. Well, the restaurant staff was always very quick for the breakfast service, this was the time when most of the people was there and still everyone was able to grab a bite and be in time for the conference. As an added plus, they serve Starbucks coffee and teas!
And last, but not least I would like to give a shout to the reception staff because whenever I have called to make a reservation, they have always been very kind and patient.

This place is a wonderful. It is very well maintained, beautiful and mainly the customer service is phenomenal. In all aspects, even the restaurant. The food is delicious, affordable prices and perfect service. In addition, the breakfast is unbeatable, they have everything for a healthy and varied breakfast. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help with a very good attitude. It really is a very pleasant place and makes you want to return. It's a 10+.

Overall, a good experience, and would come back!

Pros: clean room, good breakfast, friendly servers, respectful clientele, good atmosphere, quiet hotel, close to restaurants and grocery stores, close to attractions but far away enough to escape downtown, and comfortable beds.

Cons: The front desk was less than helpful, horrible pillows, the part of town the hotel was in was nice but drive a couple minutes and it was not a nice area, and the kitchenette was not stocked (However, this is MY wrong assumption. We typically stay in Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites so I just assumed Embassy suites had silverware, towels, sponges, etc. in their kitchenettes.)

This place is immaculate, all the staff are amazing and very helpful, I was on a business trip I went to leave in the am my truck wouldn’t start valet said it was ok so I called an Uber went to wok the valet guys jumped my truck parked it for me . They was so nice & put me at ease. It wasn’t a big deal to them at all . This was the nicest cleanest place I have ever stayed in , the food was excellent and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend it . 10 out of 10 , thank you all for an amazing experience I will be coming back . Best place ever !!

This hotel was really nice. My family and I stayed here for a funeral, and we were able to enjoy our stay comfortably. The staff was all very nice, from the housekeepers and waiters/waitresses to the bar tender and front desk. I also liked the location because it wasn't in a super busy part of the city, so that was nice.

This is a great place to stay. Very roomy and spacious. The breakfast assortments were plentiful. Your choice of hot or cold items. Conference facilities were great. Area around the hotel is growing and offers. Adequate dining experience.

I cannot put into words how welcomed we felt here. Gabby at the front desk took care of us and even checked up on us when we got to our room via text message. We interacted with many employees during our stay, and everyone always had a smile and offered assistance. The breakfast here is none like other with a wide selection of foods. We will definitely be back here for future stays.

Amazing hospitality , Super Clean & Neat Rooms ,Wonderful Staff please let me mention just a few of the kind staff they were on our stay , Robert, Esmeralda ,Jose ,Sonia the chefs were so nice also the waiter . The whole hotel and installation are very accessible they are so helpful and kind , definitely i will definitely be back to Embassy San Antonio Brooks very soon so Gratefully Roxy P

The breakfast is amazing, everything is made fresh and looks fresh. Kitchen staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only thing was reception staff in the mornings is not very friendly

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days when we flew in to see our son's graduation from BMT. Room was nice, service was great and THE OMELETTES-- oh my! It's a great location with many restaurants to choose from nearby.

Great location and the hotel is awesome. Rooms are clean and very nice. The restaurant onsite is a good place to catch breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bar is a good place to get a drink and watch a game. The staff is friendly and professional. We always enjoy staying at the Embassy!

I don't know where to start. Angelica, Carlos, Margie and Nicole at the front desk are superstars. All I can say is amazing across the board. They made myself and my spouse feel welcomed and made his birthday stay beautiful. I can't thanked them enough. The room was beautiful with an upgrade surprise. The hotel is new, sleek and clean. We will always stay here when we visit. Thank you front desk staff for everything.

It was a pleasant stay, close to downtown events. Miriam, at the front desk, was very helpful despite our reservation issue. She was able to solve it with great professionalism.

I stayed at Embassy overnight before heading to the airport. The hotel looks nice inside and out. The staff seemed friendly and greeted me as I entered. Apparently they offer a free (2 drinks) happy hour for guests 5:30-7pm most nights. The room was spacious, clean, and easy to temperature set. I liked the large size of the bathroom and the couch in the TV area. I definitely recommend staying here.

The whole experience was awesome. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, in a new neighborhood and the room was very clean. The property appeared to be new. Several restaurants in the area, however the hotel has a very cool bar and restaurant.

The ambiance was very relaxing and the food and drinks were perfect. Staff and housekeeping were very attentive and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Embassy Suites was great! Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and said “hello” to us everyday. Area felt safe and didn’t take long to get to attractions around town. The cook to order breakfast was excellent and got our day off to a good start. Happy hour was nice to relax with a drink and snack. Highly recommend!
