Best Western Plus Elmendorf Hotel

Absolutely loved my stay! The receptionist was really sweet and helpful when we decided to extend our stay. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location is a bit hidden but right off the highway. Will definitely be booking again for next trip!

The location of this place isn't the best. Kind of scary looking, but the hotel itself is nice! The hallways did smell like sewage, I noticed someone else reviewed that too. We didn't have breakfast, but the beds and everything was nice and comfy!

Check in was fast and efficient. Agent was friendly and it smelled like freshly mopped floors as you entered. Room was also clean and comfortable. We were positioned where we could view our vehicles from the window. Parking lot was well lit and with no visible trash/debris. Fitness center was well stocked with full weight-set. Breakfast was warm, remained stocked, and had a great variety. The staff were all welcoming. Will return in the future.

I have been coming to Elmendorf my whole life to visit family, and I am glad to say that if I can't stay with family, then I would prefer to stay at this hotel. It's a quiet, friendly, and an all-around relaxing environment

We always stay at this hotel Best Western Plus in Elmendorf TX on our yearly vacation to see family. Service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk even saved us a very good amount on $$$ by booking directly through them instead of going through a travel app... Expedia ect. Rooms are very, very clean! The whole place is clean and comfortable!! I would NOT want to stay anywhere else, and we have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Thank you for making our vacation comfortable and relaxing.

First time checking it out about a week ago & it's not to shabby nice big rooms. & Front desk & janitor are super sweet.

By far the best BW I've been to around SA area, the breakfast is wonderful they have so many choices and different options to choose from plus the staff is so helpful and nice to the guest thank you again to ann and the manager whom checked me in I really do appreciate great business and awesome customer service these days! Keep up the wonderful work place, you're true hard work does and will always be acknowledged.

The lady's at the front desk and Mrs. Amy are awesome! They handle all situations with a smile ! They treat all our company with the highest requard of respect! Express pressure pump guys love the staff that take such good care of us all!!!

This was my second visit, but won’t be my last. I’m frequently in San Antonio, but don’t like staying in crowded areas. Both visits were similar in that I received exceptional service.

On the most recent visit, I was greeted by Ally (spelling?). She was so welcoming; everything one would expect at a place of hospitality. She explained everything she was doing and reminded me where things were (breakfast, the business center, fitness center). She was amazing.

The room was well appointed and clean. The only small issue I had was there was no extra roll of toilet paper, and the roll on the handle was running a little low. But this was remedied the next morning with housekeeping.

Checkout was flawless. I appreciate the genuine kindness by the staff. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed there for one night with family. The property was well kept and in great condition. The big plus was the staff who were very friendly and going above and beyond.
The room was convenient, well appointed and clean. I also saw staff doing regular cleaning of common areas and such.
The breakfast was standard continental but the staff at breakfast was very attentive and made the experience overall better.
Very conveniently located, clean and well facilitated and good service all early a 5 star.

My second time here but won't be my last when I visit the S.A. area. Lots of oilfield trucker traffic, but they're tired and quiet cuz they gotta be up early. Friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms and the best dadgum coffee in the lobby served all day/night.

Good room, but the best thing about the hotel was the breakfast! Cheers to the lady who was working that morning. She was the best! Please leave her a tip, she works hard and deserves it!

Breakfast was so busy, that they extended the time for guests to eat, and every time they ran out of food they prepared additional food to accommodate ALL guests!!! Amy the Mgr. called me by name as she had prepared a plate for my wife (The Queen - My Queen)!!! She saw me conversing with another guest, and realized that I might miss the 2nd round of food because I was witnessing with another guest, and went out of her way to make sure that my wife had something to eat. Where do they do that at??? I'll tell you... At Best Western Plus in Elmendorf Tx. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel, and continue to write home about the staff (whom we know by name, and clearly they know us and grandchildren by name) and their Above and Beyond service!!! We know and Love the staff, and every time we go they show us that they know and Love us!!! There customer service is 2nd to none... and they go out of their way (Always) to provide a HIGH LEVEL of quality and sincere care!!! Thank you BW Plus of Elmendorf, Tx for the Love and Care that y'all provide every time!!! At this Best Western Plus in Elmendorf Tx they continue to exceed all expectations and set a new mark every time... They continue to Roll out the burgundy carpet in service!!! Please and Thank you Always!!! They treat you with Much Love here and make you want to comeback.This is how hospitality should be done... And they should train the classes globally on how to treat everyone with High Level of quality care and dignity!!! Once we arrived we met Chris he was working the front desk. He was very professional you could tell he enjoyed his job.. We believe his goal is to please the customers.. The whole experience here has been amazing. They're is nothing better than going to a hotel that the goal is to make a customer happy. My sister had to go back to her truck and Chris watched her from the front to make sure she made it back in, since she walked out alone and expressed her concern about going outside. Quite satisfied. Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff. Surprised by such a cheerful staff! What a great advertisement for a hotel when your morning staff is glad to be at work! Thank you! Whomever is staffing, doing great job. Especially your housekeepers and breakfast attendant. The staff was genuinely happy to be at work it did not seem like it was fake or phony, which really says a lot for management. Good night sleep, too!

This is a very nice hotel was very helpful staff. We showed up late at night finding someone (staff member) had accidentally cancelled our reservation. It took a little while to get everything straight but the young woman working the front desk did everything she could to get us a room that night. The staff would greet us every morning and make sure their guests were well taken care of.
