I had such a wonderful experience at Charleston Hair Studio with Melissa. I have left several hair appointments feeling underwhelmed and unheard, so I was looking for the right person to help me. I have incredibly long and thick straight hair. Melissa asked me to come in for a consultation (first time a stylist has ever taken that initiative) and took the time assess my needs. She booked an entire Saturday to make sure my appointment wouldn’t be rushed. I got a hair cut (10 inches off) and a full head of highlights. She recommended and applied the perfect colors and treatments. She paid attention to every last detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout the lengthy appointment. She never complained or cut corners, even after 7 hours in her chair. Melissa is caring, warm, and passionate about her work. I can’t wait to be back in her chair!

I found Teresa at Charleston Hair Studio Shortly after moving to the area in 2018, and what great luck it was!!! I have very fine hair and finding someone who understands how to cut and color it to give it volume has been a challenge in the past. Teresa is so knowledgeable and from the first visit I knew I had found “my stylist”. The salon is also super cute and it’s a friendly, enjoyable environment! My favorite time of year is around the Christmas season, Teresa always decorates the salon so cute and different every year. Just proves she is an artist and has that “eye” for design. Highly recommend not only Teresa but all of the ladies at the shop!

I have been coming to see Theresa at her studio since 2018 and she is amazing! We have formed a friendship over this time and she gives me the best haircuts (I have short hair) and I am ALWAYS getting compliments about my hair when I am out in public, from men and women! She just knows what to do. The shop is beautiful and comfortable and SO welcoming. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut. Love this place!

Charleston Hair Studio is AMAZING!!! I had my hair done this weekend by Theresa for the second time and she does such a great job! She really listens to what you want and does whatever she can to make it happen. My hair turned out fantastic!!! She’ll also make you feel right at home like you’ve known her for years. And the salon is so cute! I would definitely recommend this salon and any of the girls there!

We have used Teresa for at least 16 years. She does my husband as well as me. Always pleased and she knows what we like! Her salon is always clean and a peaceful atmosphere. No foul language or chaos here. I have also seen the work of Christine and Melissa producing fabulous results! This was the first time I came to the salon and met Teresa. I not only love her as a person and a stylist but her work. I came into the salon needing some grays hidden and had some brassy color in my hair. Long story short I had a stylist who moved out of state and left me salon hopping and was not very happy with my hair. Teresa listen to all my issues and made some amazing suggestions. My hair is definitely a work in progress but I’m on my way to recovery ha ha. I actually left the salon feeling pretty. I took Teresa suggestions and advice and so excited to see her in March for my next hair color and cut.

We have been extremely satisfied with the service, friendliness and professionalism there. We are very happy with the color and cuts we receive. Their prices are reasonable, and have only been raised for me once in these last 9 years.

i have been going here for a couple years. always happy with my hair and the studio itself is beautifully decorated. Very stylish, comfortable and if I have to spend 2 hours anywhere- I would choose it to be here. Teresa is talented and caring. And my hair is not easy to do - very course and thick but she always makes me feel like a queen.

Kristin has cut my hair twice and done such a great job that I brought my daughter to her. Kristin does exactly what you ask and is so pleasant to be with. I am done looking for a stylist and will keep coming back. The salon is clean and relaxing. All in all a great experience.
