Time To Shine Car Wash - Charleston (Sam Rittenberg)

I went for the first time today, and I had a really nice experience. I went in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, and it wasn’t terribly busy. I did a one time $12 basic wash. The staff member at the entrance was very nice. The vacuum on one side of my car wasn’t super powerful, but the one on the other side was very impressive! The floor-mat cleaners were working. There were plenty of towels for me to use to clean my car.

It was my first time visiting the Time to Shine car wash . The local Audi dealer believed in Time to Shine enough to partner up with them to service their clients . The wash was quick and complete .
During my visit I had a small HICCUP . The staff was very accommodating and apologetic about the situation.
Josh Hagan went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved . Josh and his staff displayed outstanding customer service in a situation that could have easily went the other way .

As an Uber driver, I love this car wash for several reasons. First, it's clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and you always see them around, just in case you need them. The vacuums actually suck!! I mean that in the best way possible, I don't have to worry about not being able to get the sand out of my seats and mats at this place. They offer towels to use and they're perfectly damp so you can clean your upholstery quick and easily.

We have one of the monthly packages. This place is AMAZING! They have everything right there that I need to keep my car looking new. The wash is great, they also have a machine that will wash your car mats and they provide micro-cloths and cleaner so you can do the windows and interiors, too. The staff is constantly busy and super kind. The place is perfect at all times. I left a review a few months ago, but I had to write another because I'm REALLY impressed!

Both myself and my husband have monthly packages on our cars. It's great. The machines used at Time to Shine are very good. I like that they have purchase packages for you available. I pay one price a month and can go as often as I like to clean my car. Every week, every day, one price. You can just drive through and go, or, you can stop detail your car yourself. Thay have towels to dry off your car, clean your windows and a machine to clean your clean your mats. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The monthly price is reasonable. If I was having to pay to wash per wash the amount pays for itself in 2 washes.

I am from out of town and had visited the Sam Rittenburg location this past weekend. When I first arrived, I was greeted graciously by a guy who turns out to be the manager at that location. His name is Charles. He noticed that I was struggling with deciding what package to purchase. He was very nice and courteous and eager to assist. He was also very knowledgeable about the services that they offered. I showed him the spots that the trees in my yard had left on my car and so he recommended the Super Ceramic package. I paid and was given directions on the next steps towards the machine. It was a wonderful experience through the tunnel. Once completed, I parked to vacuum and I saw the manager, Charles, making rounds asking customers if everything was ok. He asked whether the spots from the trees came out and I said yes it did. At this point, I knew that this location was very customer service oriented. I have never experienced that from any other car wash that I had ever attended. Whomever is the management over this gentleman, should give him a customer service award and he deserves a raise and/or promotion because he made a customer feel welcomed!

This is the only carwash I go to, always had positive experiences here. My car usually gets pretty dirty at work, and so they always give it an extra spray down before going through the wash, and it makes a big difference. The vacuums work really well, and there's two different nozzle options for the vacuums so you can get all those hard to reach spots. They also have a mat cleaning machine, glass cleaner, and clean microfiber towels. The staff is always very friendly.

Excellent wash, great service, fast and efficient.

I was there for the first time.and Victor came to me and offered one full month service for the same price. I have accepted and used it twice so far. They are great people, very helpful. They offer free detergents, towels,vacuums. Unlimited times for a fixed price. It may be too expensive for me but an excellent idea for Uber and Lift drivers or those who care their cars a lot.

Came here to try out the best wash they have cant remember the name but its the ceramic one and I was highly pleased my car needed and really good cleaning it was neglected for about 6 weeks. When my vehicle was finished going through the tunnel and I went to I really had to stop and appreciate the effectiveness of the wash granted the tire shine application process wasn't perfect and there was still a little brake dust on my rims. But I've had my car detailed by had and not be as clean as it was when it came out that tunnel been getting my car cleaned her at least once a month since the first opened and I plan on keeping it up!

Great washes...even the basic wash gets your car very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. There was quite a line but it moved fast enough for me and I was glad I waited. Well worth the wait!

I have not been to a car wash in years as I always washed my cars at home being afraid that a commercial car wash might scratch the finish. My experience at TIme To Shine alleviated all of my fears. An ATM like machine at the entrance takes your payment & then you are directed into the building where a conveyor belt takes your car through. The car is thoroughly doused with water, then soap & wax, & finally dried all taking less than 5 minutes. No scratches, dirt, or even water spots! One can drive off from there or move into a parking spot where self-help, high power vacuums are available on both sides of your car. Also, there is a separate mat cleaner machine plus an excellent glass cleaner & clean microfiber towels provided. I spent about 15 minutes cleaning the inside of my car, but the lady next to me who had toddlers said it took her about 30 minutes to clean the car to her liking. All of the staff (manager, attendants) that I interacted with were courteous, informative, and eager for my business. What would usually take me 90 minutes to do at home was accomplished at Time To Shine in far less. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

My family and I love your facility. I recently purchased a monthly program and I’m delighted that I did. My son may be purchasing a monthly program from you soon, as well. I believe if any of us were to have an issue the staff would find a way to resolve it, for they truly want each experience to be a good one. They are attentive, courteous and respectful. I appreciate each and every one of them. The facility is kept immaculate, functional and is user friendly.

This place is amazing! Do yourself a favor and get a monthly plan with them. You won't regret it. You can literally wash your car once per day and pay $30 a month.

After moving back home to Charleston from Atlanta, I was happy to finally see the automated car washes pop up more. I originally got a membership with the location on Savannah Highway. Until one day I came to the location on Sam Rittenberg. Every time I come it's a good experience. For one, they pretreat my car thoroughly. At the Savannah Highway location, I'll be lucky if they even stepped out the door. Secondly, the wash is much more slower and thorough than the Savannah highway location. There you get a little foam, and you're out in almost 45 seconds. At the Sam Rittenberg location, it's more detailed, the people are more friendly and I will be here as long as I'm back home in Charleston.

For an auto/drive thru wash, it was one of the nicest I've ever seen. Wax actually felt like wax, tire and wheels looked amazing. Automatic mat cleaners! For all purpose weather mats, they came out spotless in less than a minute. Plus they give you towels and glass cleaner. Place rips!

They have some really good prices and if you get the top car wash then your car will stay shining for at least 2 weeks.I like the fact that they have the mat cleaner there as well and its free to use when you wash your car. The workers are very helpful and they will show you how to use whatever you need to use if you don't know how it works

This place is awesome. The vacuum was the best part. The way it got up all the crumbs, dirt, and leaves was the absolute best. Their monthly unlimited wash program is priced competitively enough where I may just go there.

Definitely a good place to get your car cleaned ! Love their model for 29.95 month all you can use. They have staff and place is immaculately clean ! If you don't have their membership, you are missing out !

Fantastic service! There was an issue with my mud flaps getting caught in one of the tracks under the car which caused some minor damage but their regional manager reached out to me personally and made sure to make it right by ordering me new mud flaps!

I appreciated his concern and readiness to make this situation right!
