CVS

I placed an order online late one day last week and still had not received a notification that it was ready on the next morning. I headed to the store around 11 just to see if it was ready. The cashier in the front was super concerned that the order had not been picked and went to gather the items immediately for me. The system was having trouble substituting an item on my order so she asked for help from a manager, all while a long line of people were gathering behind me. The cashier was very concerned about her line and the manager was trying to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. The care and concern these two individuals showed about their jobs and their respect for their customers time is not something you see much of anymore these days. Thank you ladies!

The pharmacists are always prompt and professional. Even when they are busy my wait isn’t long. I really like the CVS deals on the Extra Care card and the app is helpful as well as convenient. The reason I am writing this review is Ms. Cathy one of the cashiers up front. I left my debit card and she was kind and diligent enough to save it for me! I really appreciate her for this because my bank takes at least a week to send another one! Ms. Cathy is my hero this week!

CVS on Orange Grove is a great store and the staff up front and the pharmacy are great and they are very knowledgeable

There are five in my family and we use the drive through pharmacy often. All of the pharmacists are both professional and friendly---even though they are always busy---often asking us if we want them to check for other family members who may have a prescription in to be filled or ready for pick up. Corey, Ingrid, Seth, and the whole crew are awesome! As for inside shopping, my wife and I have always found the cashiers to be courteous and helpful.

This CVS pharmacy is amazing! Seriously the best one I've used.
Always super fast, and they will handle any insurance issues instead of sending you away to deal with it!

I love the CVS/pharmacy at the corner of Orange Grove Rd and Sam Rittenberg Blvd. The pharmacists at this location are top notch and are always so friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. Everyone who works behind the pharmacy counter is always smiling, pleasant and polite even when it's busy. I drive past another CVS store that is much closer to my house just because of the great service I always get at this location. Great job!

Cory at this CVS is the reason I give it 5 stars. Probably one of the world’s most organized and efficient individuals I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with.

This pharmacy feels like they care about helping customers! Be it information about how your cvs card does something(?) every 5 prescriptions, or letting you know that there is a discount card from the manufacturer. I just feel like they actually care for more than just the money in my (lack of) pockets.

I am a friend of a woman who has lots of medical needs, COPD, emphasema , border line diabetic, dropped right foot, and I have a medical background, 17 yrs , including the Marines during Name, I've dealt with alot, and Seth and Andrea and the pharmacy doc's are the best I've ever seen, polite, patient, caring, fast, accurate, thorough, and ready to help in anyway, the manager is also the same way , although I can't remember her name, you've got the best team at that orange Grove store. The store is well-maintained. The atmosphere was nice. I hate the parking lot, but it's not a big deal.
