Egg House Cafe

This is my first time at this location. It is a very nice place. I was very surprised by how nice the inside looked. The area is a pretty decent area, in an older part of town, but the location is in a safe place. The area is well-lit lots of traffic and lots of other businesses close by. The service was exceptional. My server was great, and the place was clean as well as the restroom. The food was outstanding.

We really didn't know what to expect when we pulled into the strip center. It's not fancy on the outside and just looks like an average diner. We were surprised when we went in. It's very modern and has a good number of staff that are very friendly. The food was great and they have a few twists on old favorites like the biscuits and gravy omelette. The coffee was fresh and my cup was never empty. We were very impressed.

I've been multiple times, and I love this place. The food is tasty 😋 and the staff is super friendly, and they always have good music 🎶 depending on what time you get there you might have to wait but most of the time is decent 10 to 15 min 😉

We woke up hungry and didn’t feel like making breakfast at home so we drove through 9 degree weather to get to the Egg House Cafe. They were pretty busy but we only waited 5 minutes for a table. We enjoyed their Gluten free pancakes and breakfast tacos. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is great when they do have it. Place has good vibes and the staff are friendly.

We will definitely visit again and again.

I really enjoyed this brunch spot, especially their fluffy and soft omelettes. Went with friends several times, and they really loved the Eggs Benedict.

It gets busy during brunch/lunch, so be prepared for a wait or come early.

Today was our first time eating here and my husband and I will definitely be going back. I don't really ever leave reviews but this place was absolutely great all around even though it was super busy. We were told there was a wait of 15-20 minutes but table was ready in under 10. Restaurant was clean, cozy atmosphere. The female server (she had short, dark hair, don't remember her name) was friendly, professional and nice. She was on it when it came to keeping our coffee cups full. Food arrived fast and hot, food was awesome! My taste buds were very happy! 😋 My husband enjoyed his meal as well. I also placed a to-go order with no problem. My only suggestion would be to have larger tables when it comes to the 2 person tables. They are small, barely enough room for our plates and condiments. Overall the experience here was great and I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Ross; the manager is amazing! He made the experience great, he’s super personable and funny! He made sure we were doing good multiple times and made us feel at home! The food is good! Try the green sauce! :)

I love this place! I wish I had a cafe like this back home. The atmosphere and staff are the cherry on top of the amazing food! Great coffee, fresh squeezed juice, and fresh, from-scratch meals. Every time I come to Denton, I eat at the Egg House Cafe every day (sometimes twice). I cannot give this place enough praise.

I’ve been coming here for several years and have NEVER been disappointed! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Today my waitress was Hailey and she was great. After I was seated, it took her a few mins to get to me because she was taking care of other customers. First thing she did was apologize for the wait but in my opinion it wasn’t much of a wait at all, gave me time to look over the menu. She was very friendly (as was everyone else), made sure I had everything I needed and kept checking on me, even after she brought my bill. I highly recommend Egg House Cafe, 5⭐s all around.

Absolutely love this place the staff is always kind and the food is even better. Definitely me and my girlfriend’s go to breakfast spot in Denton.

Wow what a great discovery! We've seen this cafe from it's unassuming store front. It looks a bit uninviting. A friend highly recommended it so we gave it a try. So glad we did! It was clean and fresh and friendly. Fabulous food and a superb experience. They even have gluten-free pancakes!

We got there around 11 a.m. and the place was busy. It only took a few minutes to get a table. There were lots of choices on the menu, my son chose the meat lovers skillet breakfast with over easy eggs and I had the biscuits and sausage gravy with over easy eggs. Everything was delicious and well priced. Staff and servers were extra friendly. I highly recommend this breakfast spot.

Came up to Ponder for the morning to pick Strawberries and hit this little place for breakfast on the way back to DFW. I'm not a big biscuits and gravy person but their's was outstanding! Eggs, breakfast meats- all good and tasty. Wife had the crepes and finished all of it (she's a little picky being Italian and a great cook herself!) Prices well aligned for being a college city. This restaurant is worth the stop.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Atmosphere is cozy and friendly, staff was great and fast service, and the food was great! Our waitress even brought us her favorite green sauce and it was amazing. Didn't expect to love this place in a little shopping center. Wish I had found it sooner!

I love eating here. my boyfriend loves eating here. my sister loves eating here. Nuff said.

This is our favorite breakfast place by far. Always busy because it's just that great. Recommend everything but if you're in the mood for sweet try the very berry crepes

Great Sunday Breakfast Place!

We knew we were in the right place when we saw people waiting outside. We had less than a 20-minute wait to be seated, & it was worth the wait. I ordered eggs, bacon, & toast a la carte. Eggs were cooked to order, fresh & hot, toast & bacon were delicious. Our server passed by frequently to offer coffee re-fills. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Our 1st time eating here. It’s was a very pleasant experience. Our server Rose was amazing, friendly to very helpful to assist in navigating menu options:)
The buttermilk pancakes were flavorful! Great Turkey bacon with a smoky flavor. So were the other meals.

My husband and I LOVE this place. It’s so good! We always get the breakfast skillets. I get the meat skillet (bacon, sausage, and ham) and my husband gets the veggie skillet (mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach plus he add avocado). I added some of the house made salsa to mine and wow! This is probably our new regular breakfast place.
