Delicious appetizers with a spectacular view right on the corner of the roof! Our waitress was excellent and offered me an alcohol free Bloody Mary since I am pregnant and it was delicious! We ordered the charcuterie tray, truffle pretzel, and Georgia spring rolls and they were all insanely delicious! The spring rolls and pretzel were so original and flavorful and the appetizers were perfect for lounging on the rooftop. It was hard to choose which appetizers though because they all looked phenomenal. This was one of our favorite places to eat in Savannah! Definitely gotta try!

Beautiful views of the river and sunset. Excellent hummus and creative drinks like the Mimosa tower. Our server Peggy was friendly and professional and managed a packed bar with ease.

We love going to rooftop bars. We picked this one to visit in Savannah and we weren't disappointed. The views of the river are great and the service was fabulous.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! My hubby and I ate lunch there - it was fantastic! We started with a cocktail and hubby ordered the roast beef sliders and I ordered the Cobb salad. Hubby said the sliders were really good and my salad was gigantic and delicious. The view was absolutely gorgeous!!

Visited several times during our trip, conveniently located 2 floors above our room at The Cotton Sail Hotel. Drinks were great, good wine selection, servers were attentive. Amazing atmosphere inside and out. Charcuterie board, truffle pretzel, and sweet potato chips were all delicious.

My mom and I went to Happy Hour here for drinks and it was incredible! The view is amazing and we really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. We had a glass of wine and the pretzel appetizer and it was a perfect activity to catch the sunset and start our trip to Savannah!
The location is easy to get to, very central to downtown and more night life, and easily walkable to other destinations.

We went for a few drinks after dinner at the Pirates House and so glad we did. What an awesome amazing spot to sit and enjoy the birds eye view and sip on some spirits. Very modern and tasteful environment. The guy bartenders at the bar were great. I never waited long to be waited on and served and they were prompt and didn't skimp on the alcohol in the drinks. Definitely the best spot to watch the sun go down over the city and river and then watch the streets light up with excitement and energy! Don't miss this spot!

Beautiful views of Savannah Downtown and the river, from this top Deck. Pretty relaxing atmosphere, great location to snap some cool pictures for social media. My bartender was really nice, I had a delicious Cheese aboard and a few cocktails. It wasn’t as pricey as I was expecting. My cheese plate was very fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back!

Great spot for cocktails and food. The rooftop is fantastic when the weather is nice. Great view of everything. I highly recommend the Bloody Mary's and the charcuterie board.

This place was great! We went on karaoke night and the talent was incredible, it was more like The Voice than local singers. The drinks were delicious, the options way better than other local spots, and the people were really friendly! We had a great time

Top Deck Bar is one of our favorite places to visit while we are in Savannah. My wife and I have only had the Spinach and Artichoke dip and pretzel and cheese appetizers as well as a couple of beers while we are there. We have never tried any other food item as both of these are great, made fresh and we have never felt that we needed to try anything else since we seem love these two appetizers. Great views of the Savannah River and the Talmadge Memorial Bridge and the port of Savannah. This place has always seemed to be pretty busy while we were there, finding a table at times can be a bit challenging and the staff has seemed to be rushed trying to take care of lots of people, however, we always felt that the staff were doing everything they could to take care of guests. We have not experienced any rude staff that ignored us while we have been there as some reviews mention. My take... the food is very good, prices are reasonable, views are GREAT and the beers are cold - what more could you ask for? We have been here 4 or 5 times and look forward to going back next time were in Savannah!

Great view of the river, lively crowd, good drinks, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. My favorite rooftop bar on River Street. I will definitely go back for beverages the next time I'm in Savannah.

Loved this spot at dusk, just a gorgeous view! Seating outside is varied with high or low chair options, all with nice tables for your delicious drink. I had a Caribbean themed drink which was excellent, can’t remember the name.

Looking for a chill atmosphere, great service and great food, look no further this is the perfect spot! Go see Tyler and he will provide the best Margarita you will ever have! You can tell that he puts heart into his drinks. We enjoyed a few appetizers and tacos. So delicious and filling. Wonderful evening and felt like we made friends that we look forward to visiting again. Thank you for everything!! Tyler is a master mixologist and you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

This bar is beautiful! We walked from our hotel, the views are amazing as is the service and drinks. Old fashioned Widow Jane for him and TTRB (Herradura Tequila and Red Bull) for me. We definitely we be back!

Nice place to have a meal and enjoy the picturesque river views that Savannah has to offer. They have a great selection of beers and spirits as well as small plates and appetizers; however if you have a refined palette, or are looking for exquisite bourbon or a fine wine, i would suggest you look elsewhere. Besides that beers/drinks and food are reasonably priced and this is perhaps the best view of the River specially if you are hoping to catch a sunset. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We sat at the bar and Josh was our bartender.. AMAZING!! Food and drinks were absolutely to die for. Last day here I wish we would have came here the first day. Come here. Pretzel, taco, chips OMG!!! Over eat it is worth it .

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant and bar! Alex was our server and he was great! The drinks are incredibly delicious, the views amazing and ambiance PERFECT. I will tell everyone I know that this is a Savannah must do. Thank you Top Deck for giving us a great experience!

Skyline views of Savannah riverfront, cheeky drinks, decent prices and utterly gorgeous ambiance. This tourist favorite is a must to take in a break and a view. The staff is fast, service is polite. Pricing is moderate, but worthy of getting a quick drink.

Make sure you time the magic hour as sunsets here are amazing.
