Jessie table 93/1 guest 2 on 2/15/2023 at 6:29pm was outstanding! No long wait times! Kept our drinks filled made sure we were okay several of times! I have to say this was the best service we have had in a long time here! But the food is always good so we keep coming back but as far as a server she’s been the best one yet at this location! Great food, service, and price. You got to give it a try. Also, Wal-Mart is across the street and Fatz will give you 20% off with a Wal-Mart receipt

I will have to say I was pleasantly surprised by Sam (Samantha) our waitress. Such a wonderful young Lady. Very attentive to our needs. All around wonderful experience. We haven't been to this location in years. We'll be going back. The one thing I would say is the place needs a facelift. The food was wonderful. We did the Tuesday 55+ menu. Was hot and fresh. More than enough food for 9.99. Two of us are for just over $21.00 + tip. Was well worth it. Heard from Sam new management. I'm glad

We stopped in quick and sat at the bar to enjoy drinks and appetizers. Our server/bartender was Jessie and she ROCKS! Great food, amazing drinks and service with a smile!! We will definitely request her EVERY TIME WE COME!!

We are not from here and happened to pass this restaurant and I have to say I'm so glad we did! Jesse was our server and she was an absolute delight! She helped us navigate the menu, gave great suggestions, and was overall just helpful and friendly and really made the experience great. The food was incredible. The loaded tots were my absolute favorite thing, sooo good! We also got the bbq explosion burger which is exactly as it describes itself, an explosion of amazing flavor! We got a few other items that were equally as tasty! Everything was hot and fresh and great quality! Thanks Jesse for a great experience!

I can't say enough about my visit to fatz.. the food was spot on came I'm a timely manner. The waitress her name was Skylar. She was a sweetheart. She was attentive to our needs but not pushy. She was super polite knowledgeable about the menu. The place was clean the restrooms were even clean I will be eating there again soon. I Hope Skylar is working.

I just wanted to Say thanks again to the great waitress we had the other night . Her name was Skylar She made our dining experience a great one. She was so sweet and great at her job . The food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing . Thanks I'll be coming back very soon.

I haven't had a Fatz around us in years so I was excited to get the rolls. I wasn't disappointed. They were still wonderful. The server there was very friendly and told me all about the local spots and what I could do when it had rained out my kayaking trip. The steak was cooked perfectly, soft and moist and my drinks were some of the best I've had lately. Walked away pleasantly stuffed in stomach and in heart.

It was the 1st time, in 8 years, that my special needs brother got out of the car to go inside the restaurant with just me! Usually, it takes an army of people & the promise of gifts. The food was great. But, the server treated my brother with respect and dignity, more than anyone has before, J. is very aware that he's different. And, when adults stare at him, it upsets him (he can normally handle kids, perhaps because he knows they'll be distracted with someone or something) but adults, who stare at him like he's in a zoo, bothers him and me.

Since I'm quite sick (lupus & leukemia) and my brother needs his food cut up in small pieces, I asked the server to see if he'd do that for me. He did! It was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Again, I don't know if these reviews get to the proper management or if they're for cooperate use only. The food was really good, due to my illness, I wasn't able to eat much, but my brother tucked in and practically cleaned his plate. He was eager to sign to the young man, that they were friends.

I don't know why there is negative reviews for this place on here and keep in mind they are just opinions. Those people probably came in in a bad mood to begin with. My family and I came in not having the greatest day to begin with bu then we were greeted very politely and sat immediately. Then we were introduced to our server Janae that was super sweet, courteous and very punctual!! All of our plates were hot fresh and everything tasted excellent. The manager did come around and ask us how everything was, in which we replied "perfect thanks for asking". Our evening was totally made better and we left there with higher spirits knowing that we ate some excellent food and had a great time. Their rolls and honey butter are off the chain and got to love their Calabash chicken/& shrimp!! I would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone! On our receipt we were also given a $5 off coupon for the next time we returned and we will definitely be doing so and using it. Sorry I don't have any pics but the portion sizes were great and you know you had a good time when you didn't even pull out your phone to be able to take pics!!

The friendliest staff in Seneca. The food is excellent for the type of restaurant this is. This is an all American chain restaurant for families. I love the rolls and the Calabash tenders.
Also my wife loves the $5 margaritas.

Very good food. Our server, Davon, was lovely and efficient.

My family and I had just come from a funeral, we stopped in and were immediately greeted by a very welcoming hostess; our waitress was very sweet. I highly recommend the Pimento Cheese Burger I ate every last bite! 🍔 The food was cooked to perfection! Great food and great service. I will definitely visit again.

Jessie was our server, she was polite, courteous, funny, and always one step ahead.
The restaurant has definitely improved under new management.

We were here this evening. Had a great experience. Jasmine was our server. It always makes me a little nervous when they don’t use a pen and paper to take orders, but she nailed it! Food was timely, hot, and hit the spot! I recommend.

LeAnn at the bar... and surrounding tables...always provides personable, attentive service. Cold beer and good food. Little bit of a wait, but all restaurants are short-handed. Enjoy the rolls & honey butter. Have been a customer for 20+ years off and on. Always fun to go back. LeAnn builds customer loyalty.

Food was great, ribs were moist and meat fell off the bone, our server Samone was attentive and friendly, our glasses were always refilled and full and she brought us to-go glasses without us asking . We will go back again

Im in town for a wedding so im not from Seneca, but when we left looking for a place to eat, we found this place and let me tell you, it was best BBQ I've ever had in my life. And the service we recieved from our server, Skylar, was so welcoming! She was so good to us that i had to come on here and give them a 5 star review. If youre in Seneca, south carolina, you have to stop by Fatz Cafe and have you the Big BBQ sandwich!!

Went in to have lunch & my waitress was very helpful with the questions i had about the menu , not only was she that she also was very sweet & nice if i could her to wait on me everytime i would be at fatz daily! Ask to sit with E when you have a bite to eat she won’t disappoint! :)
