Had a very good experience. Needed to get my two propane tanks filled and it was easy and fast. They were on top of things and got me in and out.

I've been here twice now and both times they were super friendly. Today I didn't get my time right and arrived 30 minutes before their scheduled opening. I went and got coffee and when I got back their doors were wide open, 5 minutes early! I walked in and was greeted by 3 people. One asked what they could help me find and walked me right to it grabbed it to carry to the register and asked what else. I mentioned the next thing and he directed to 2 sales items and made sure I knew which was the best bargain. Then at check out I had 2 twenty lb bags and a hose reel and the guy checking me out was honestly disappointed when I said I didn't need help getting it to my car. Really nice and helpful folks. Also very well lit with great signage. I'm going to drive by the Home Depot more often to give these folks more business.

After going to four other stores, I finally found butane for a camping stove. The store is also well organized and every single staff member I came in contact with was amazing.

I have been shopping at this ACE since childhood. I can't think of a single complaint. Great costumer service. Always the cheapest propane and the hardware isle has the best selection of nuts, bolts,etc. In stainless and galvanized.

They offer the best customer service. Some items a bit more expensive than some of the big stores, but they operate in a very different way. I shop there every time I can.

I really appreciate the customer service! By far better than Home Depot & Lowe's. Takes minutes to get what you need at Ace, but takes forever to find help/customer service at these big Corp stores. ACE may not have it all but if they possibly have it, its definitely first choice.

Tri-County Ace is a store that as soon as you walk in the door day greet you and see if you need any help with anything. I went there today and we was looking for a shear pin for a flywheel on a Cub Cadet push mower. I had the size of the motor but I did not have the model number so we could not find the exact one that I needed but the lady that helped me spent about 30 minutes looking on Repair Clinic, Google, and anywhere she could try to find the part I needed. She was exactly what the store does all the time. That is to give good service.

This is the friendliest store I have ever been in. I love how there is always someone there to help you out. Their sales are good and even cheaper than dollar general on some stuff.

This is one of the best stores around Seneca, paint supplies, pine needles, yard tools, lots of fixer upper things, nuts, bolts, etc...
Clean, neat, prices$$, more choices,go see an check the prices you'll be glad you did. Clemson items, yeti cups an supplies.good idea for christmas stockings.

A good place to find those hard to find small repair items. Typically a bit more than the big box stores but they do have personal knowledgeable helpful people.

I like being able to run in and grab the items I need and be on my way. So much easier than trying to get in and out of the other chain stores.
