Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I've never gotten an "I don't know" from any of the staff in any store I've ever visited. I might get "I'm not sure, let me see what I can find out." or other responses along those lines. They have helped me diagnose problems with my car, assisted me with tail light installation, battery installation as well as clarifying aspects about the way an engine works so that I develop a conceptual sense of things and can help myself better in the future. What more can you ask of an Auto Parte store?

Cooper is the absolute best! I needed bulbs for my headlights. He looked them up went above and beyond and put them in for me as well!!

I can not say enough great things about my experience with this store, the staff and the service I received! Nancy and Tommy went above and beyond to assist me with my battery issue! They were so kind and so helpful! Do not waste your time at other auto parts stores (like I did with 3 others the previous day!) Everyone in the store was so pleasant and helpful, especially Nancy and Tommy! I am now a loyal customer to the Seneca location ONLY!

My boyfriend's battery kicked the bucket late at night, and I made an online order with the intention of picking it up the next morning. I knew it was possible that it would be a long wait for the order to be filled, but I went in hopeful that they would be able to help me. They did not disappoint! I was so relieved and happy that they were able to pull up the order and provide my battery earlier than planned. They were super nice, and I will gladly return to this location for future automotive needs. Thank you so much!

The quality of customer service is defined by their willingness to go above and beyond. The simple task of buying wiper blades and them offering to install them for me just demonstrates this. I appreciate these guys so much. Always helpful and professional.

Store Manager Nancy changed my windshield wipers for me with no charge, no additional purchase and no advanced notice today at the Seneca store. This was all done on the promise of an employee helping another customer in the parking lot the day before. What a pleasant unexpected experience!

Needed windshield wipers and wanted good ones that would last. The salesman was eager to help and even installed them for me, after finding what I asked for. Great, knowledgeable customer service. The extra customer service is well worth going there for. I'm sure I will be returning.

Joe was the person that was helpful... He relieved my anxiety by telling me the problem was not as bad as it appeared... Didn't try to oversell things that weren't needed and gave me the precise part that would correct the problem

Amazing service! I went in today for a new air flow sensor for my car and the guy who helped me out read the codes on my car and even helped me install it in the parking lot. He said he had over 30 years of experience and only took him only a couple minutes, probably would of took me 40! This is above and beyond southern hospitality.

Meandering thru the store trying to find something and Jeremy (who was busy stocking shelves) stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. He spent time further assisting me and finally checked me out quickly.

Always friendly, very helpful, for the most part they are pretty knowledgeable with the exception of the occasional new person and on that note always all of the same, or most of the same people in the store everytime I go in.
