Dr. Hale and the team at Troutdale Dental are amazing! From my first initial cleaning, they were thorough, and gave me honest feedback about my oral health. During my recent visit, Dr. Hale and Majax were very kind and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I get severe anxiety before dental visits, but I knew I was in good hands. Thank you again Troutdale Dental :)

Without a doubt Dr. Hale has driven my fear of dentists away! I had to have my left molar extracted and Dr. Hale explained fully the procedure and any complications that could happen. (Which none did.)
After the novicaine shots the rest was effortless, felt NO pain and went surprisingly quick. Less than 45 minutes.
I highly recommend Troutdale Dental!!

Everyone is awesome! It has been a little while since I’ve gone to the dentist, everyone was very understanding. Quick cleaning and felt very welcome! Becky was excellent with my teeth. So happy to find a dental office I can be comfortable at.

Today was my 1st visit and it was exceptional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the entire atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I was not disappointed. Update: After several more visits I still 100% recommend. They employ the newest technologies. All the work I have had done here has been top notch. After a few other dental offices that I haven't had much luck with I'll be staying with Troutdale Dental from now on.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little story with you.
At a recent visit to Troutdale dental for just routine cleaning some thing I do about four times a year no big deal. Dr. Hale discovered that I had a dead tooth or a dead root that is. Dr Hale suggested to me that a root canal was necessary at this point, I’m like well OK let’s do it, but since I have never had a root canal and I haven’t had any major dental work done in quite a few years, I was very anxious to say the least. But I got a tell ya , Dr. Hale does good work
Sat me down explained everything to me before and after the procedure, problems, I might encounter, after procedure regiment that sort of stuff But honestly, everything went so well. I haven’t had to use any pain medication at all. I’m just using ibuprofen for the swelling control which there isn’t really any. double thumbs up to Dr. Hale and the staff at Troutdale, Dental You do good work

I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past but my fears are gone since I've found my dentist for life here. I trust him to take the best care of my pearly whites . The entire team is fantastic!

Troudale Dental has been the best move from my old Dentist for 20 years after he retired . It was hard to leave the old place and I'm glad i did . Feels like a family when i go.

The staff at Troutdale Dental are always warm and welcoming every time I visit. The office staff are very knowledgeable about insurance and clearly explain any charges in advance. The hygienists are friendly and experienced and Dr. Hale always puts me at ease. He takes the time to explain procedures and make sure I am comfortable before they begin any treatment. Thanks to Troutdale Dental I no longer dread a trip to the dentist.

My first visit back in a number of years. The place had changed a little. The staff has changed a lot. For the better I must say! From Corban working the front desk to Becky checking me in and assessing my dental hygiene to Dr. Brian giving me the ‘big picture’ of what to expect regarding my dental care…. All were top-notch! Troutdale Dental is a great place to go. When you walk in the door your warmy greeted the Dentist and staff take a personal intrest in your dental health. Very professional setting and offers a great service in Troutdale and surrounding areas

Troutdale Dental is a very professional business . I received a thorough examination by Dr. Hale. Dr.Hale recommended an endodontist who was also very good. The staff was helpful and very friendly- I received good cleaning by his hygienist.
I am glad to have found this practice.

I recommend Dr. Hale and Troutdale Dental to everyone needing a good dentist. When I started my journey to get my dental health on track I had huge fear barriers. Dr. Hale was super compassionate, honest and patient, by the time all the work was done I shed some tears on the drive home, finally free of dentist fear and a healthy smile 😃 this was a big deal for me. So grateful to the doctors and staff... everyone there is amazing!

I was looking to establish care after moving into the area. I received X-rays, a cleaning and saw the dentist. They addressed my tooth issue, we’re friendly, caring and easy to talk to. It was the most pain free cleaning I’ve had. I will continue going to them for my teeth/gum care.

Let me start out with the fact that I used to have such bad anxiety about going to the dentist for ANYTHING. So bad that I even neglected taking my own children to the dentist. Yes, I know that is bad, but it’s life. Up until last year when I gave Troutdale Dental a call. My youngest had the beginnings of an infection and it was inevitable that I would have to take her in. Their staff and the doctors were all so understanding and caring. Now, a year later, I no longer fear the dentist. They are all amazing and make you feel welcome. Tomorrow I have an appt for a crown prep. My first crown of my life. I am not even nervous. Give em a call. You will not regret it.
*edit I just realized this never posted. It’s now been almost 6 years and they still rock. Love Dr. Hale and all the staff.

Came in @ 3:30 to get a crown, very professional. I didn't feel a thing, and it's 6:30 and I still can't feel my face lol. I love everyone who works there! Came in today to have an old crown fixed... Majax my hygienist is so cute!!! Too bad I looked like this.🤣😂

UPDATE: 9/14/22 - Just visited this office again (for a tooth extraction) Dr. Hale and his team AGAIN were fantastic. Luckily this is only the second tooth I have had extracted. Dr. Hale was great, no pain or discomfort.

But again, besides his professionalism, the entire team was great. And is great.

My wife (Peggy) and I were very lucky to find this office, as we are traveling the country in a motor home. The staff is fantastic, professional and will go out of their way to help. From Dr. Hale to Becky, the hygienist are consummate professionals...and good people. Corbin (the patient coordinator) handle all of the paperwork without any problems.

Two months after our visit, I had a problem while in Vancouver, BC and Kristie the office supervisor helped me get a referral to a dentist here. FABULOUS!

If you are traveling in the Portland, OR area and need a dental office, this is the one. Cannot say enough.

Dr. Hale, Marcela, Corbin, and the entire team working at Troutdale Dental are such kind and caring people. I initially booked a cleaning appointment with them and disclosed that I had anxiety about coming to the dentist for the first time in 5 years and the entire staff was empathetic and made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. They made sure I was feeling good every step of the way, explained to me what they were doing the entire time and how it was supposed to feel, and answered all of my questions openly and honestly to ease my mind. They have a great, affordable dental care option and they are all so easy to talk to. I'm so happy to finally have a dentist that I actually get excited to go to. 💛 If you're looking for a new dental office I really can't recommend them enough, this has been a wonderful experience all around!
