Poor service, staff doesn't know product. I had one pleasant experience and that was when the store manager helped me. The dark haired older woman that is always working told me that even though I was a member I couldn't get the member price with the BOGO items and so charged me full price in order to get the BOGO which ended up not being the case when I went in the next time. The store manager said yes you get the member price and the BOGO since I am a member. I went in again to buy 3 cans of protein and aminos (easily $200) and the same Lady tried to charge me full price again. She didn't even scan them she typed them in and put full price. When I corrected her and told her what the store manager said, she said "oh, um, woop. Yea", deleted them and scanned them in like normal and behold.. they wrang up member price. I don't know if they work off commission or not but seems quite shady. Tonight, I was all prepared to spend another hundred dollars in there as do I always until she didn't want to honor fair in store sale. So instead I'll buy my product at GNC where they do honor sale prices and try to help the customer.
